The AVSIM Screen Shots Forum

Have a favorite screen shot of your simulator that you would like to share? You can by posting it here.  Please follow image posting rules (below).  Images must be hosted on an image hosting website. Please use prefixes to identify the simulator you are using (see pinned topic for guidance). Please include information about the screenshot(s) such as location (flight plan?), the aircraft, weather engine, scenery (i.e., Orbx/FTX, GEX, FSDT, FlightBeam, FlyTampa, etc.).

Screenshot Image Posting Rules

  • Images must be hosted on your own image server site, such as Drop Box, Google Drive, Photobucket.com, OZx Image Hosting, or a website that you own.  See guidance at following link - http://www.avsim.com/topic/479802-how-do-i-post-a-screenshot/
  • Images can be of any size; however, be considerate of your fellow AVSIM members as large photos will take longer to load for some members who do not have fast Internet connections.
  • Images will automatically be resized to fit the viewer's screen width. This process is done automatically by the AVSIM website program.
  • No more than 20 images per thread (topic). Moderators will remove any image that exceed this requirement.
  • AVSIM members are reminded of the AVSIM Terms of Service in respect to images, and copyrighted and intellectual property. Images that violate our policies regarding copyrights and family safe environment will be removed and, depending on the severity of violation, user suspended or banned from AVSIM.
  • Images copyrighted on other websites such as Airliners.net are not allowed and will be removed immediately.

Hey Guys So, another short leg. This time, I took this lovely Air Berlin 737 for a flight between Dusseldorf and Berlin Tegel (The one that handles most international flights). Hopefully next time it's going to be Brandenburg (if Germans get it to work before 2017) So, off we go then! Nasty clouds closing in Taxiing to runway 23L it suddenly got a bit rainy Rolling! Getting clearer Cruise altitude Approaching Tegel's 8L Someone forgot to pick up his plane  Nice and sweet Taxi to gate And that's it Thanks for watching guys! Things used: PMDG 737NG Aerosoft Dusseldorf…

As usual, it's Outerra. An experiment I'm running with the new editor. Area took around 1hr to be made. Framerate impact of buildings: around 2/5fps Same location, but with roads now, and more buildings. Will be released at some point.

I wanted to share with the community a test (one of many) to see just how well P3D works on my new rig, combined with the fabulous scenery from ORBX. I do run all of this from my laptop (haters can go elsewhere), but the point is, is that my rig is just how I want it and now i have a perfect sim running and makes flying a whole lot less aggravating. https://drive.google.com/folderview?id=0B2NiacfrHFltfkF0QWZRSnBtcXF3VUFWR2F2bjdxUEd6N1R2bDRMRko0VXFCbloteDdtTEE&usp=sharing So, in total, I am running P3D v2.5 with ORBX PNW scenery, ActiveSkyNext and the A2A C182. In comparison, I am getting much better frames and better stability. The images aren't the best a…

Hello all Exploring the photographic potential of Reshade 1.0. Overdone DOF on purpose, but all other effects are subtle : slight vibrance for vivid colors, lift gamma gain to correct the vanilla brownlish colors, that's all folks. I wanted to take screens of a Tempest vs FW190 chase but for some reason I could not get FS Recorder to work with DOF. Each time FSR is loaded, DOF would not work (took time for me to understand what was preventing DOF to work...) I also have trouble getting DSR to work since I switched to Windows 10 so there is a bit of aliasing. You can click on the image for the full resolution
