The AVSIM Screen Shots Forum
Have a favorite screen shot of your simulator that you would like to share? You can by posting it here. Please follow image posting rules (below). Images must be hosted on an image hosting website. Please use prefixes to identify the simulator you are using (see pinned topic for guidance). Please include information about the screenshot(s) such as location (flight plan?), the aircraft, weather engine, scenery (i.e., Orbx/FTX, GEX, FSDT, FlightBeam, FlyTampa, etc.).
Screenshot Image Posting Rules
- Images must be hosted on your own image server site, such as Drop Box, Google Drive, Photobucket.com, OZx Image Hosting, or a website that you own. See guidance at following link - http://www.avsim.com/topic/479802-how-do-i-post-a-screenshot/
- Images can be of any size; however, be considerate of your fellow AVSIM members as large photos will take longer to load for some members who do not have fast Internet connections.
- Images will automatically be resized to fit the viewer's screen width. This process is done automatically by the AVSIM website program.
- No more than 20 images per thread (topic). Moderators will remove any image that exceed this requirement.
- AVSIM members are reminded of the AVSIM Terms of Service in respect to images, and copyrighted and intellectual property. Images that violate our policies regarding copyrights and family safe environment will be removed and, depending on the severity of violation, user suspended or banned from AVSIM.
- Images copyrighted on other websites such as Airliners.net are not allowed and will be removed immediately.

New tree models for KHAF airport (X-Plane 11). They are still made out of flat polygons (it's important performance wise), but at least they are animated :)

The iFly 737-700ER on a manual approach into UK2000's Liverpool Airport in P3D V4, having flown from Germany for an Air Hauler 2 delivery. Note that on replays, as these screenshots show, the spoiler animation on the left wing freaks out a bit, but other than that, it is as nice and add-on in P3D as it is in FSX.

This is my opinion as should be obvious and I hope the people on this forum are more tolerant than those at another forum I was just at. FSW is a mixed bag. It can look good in some places but it doesn't look right everywhere and as a worldwide sim, it should. some textures look pretty good other places like here in Dallas dont look right. The buildings are too dark and so is the ground. It almost seems that the buildings get darker closer to the equator where sun should be brighter. I lived in dallas for nearly 40 years and Ive seen it from the air many many times. Its not this dark. and here is how the TNCM photoreal looks whic…

What can be better while waiting for the release of NGX for P3Dv4, than learning to fly the impressive Queen of the Sky . I´m so impressed of this bird made by PMDG, and the first flight went from Billund to Malaga, unfortunately without copilot (FS2Crew) so it was a little bit stressful . Regarding P3Dv4, the fine tuning progresses and thanks to newly purchased PTA I can proceed further..now it´s the water which is in focus and must be better (darn, I miss the white caps from FSX).
