The AVSIM Screen Shots Forum
Have a favorite screen shot of your simulator that you would like to share? You can by posting it here. Please follow image posting rules (below). Images must be hosted on an image hosting website. Please use prefixes to identify the simulator you are using (see pinned topic for guidance). Please include information about the screenshot(s) such as location (flight plan?), the aircraft, weather engine, scenery (i.e., Orbx/FTX, GEX, FSDT, FlightBeam, FlyTampa, etc.).
Screenshot Image Posting Rules
- Images must be hosted on your own image server site, such as Drop Box, Google Drive, Photobucket.com, OZx Image Hosting, or a website that you own. See guidance at following link - http://www.avsim.com/topic/479802-how-do-i-post-a-screenshot/
- Images can be of any size; however, be considerate of your fellow AVSIM members as large photos will take longer to load for some members who do not have fast Internet connections.
- Images will automatically be resized to fit the viewer's screen width. This process is done automatically by the AVSIM website program.
- No more than 20 images per thread (topic). Moderators will remove any image that exceed this requirement.
- AVSIM members are reminded of the AVSIM Terms of Service in respect to images, and copyrighted and intellectual property. Images that violate our policies regarding copyrights and family safe environment will be removed and, depending on the severity of violation, user suspended or banned from AVSIM.
- Images copyrighted on other websites such as Airliners.net are not allowed and will be removed immediately.

For those of you missing your old banger jetliners in P3D V4, such as the Greasy Nine and the Thunder Guppy (aka DC-9 and B737-200), the Pocket Rocket (aka the BAC 1-11/Romac 1-11) from Just Flight/Aeroplane Heaven appears to work just fine in V4, which is all the more welcome given that it is perhaps one of the nicest more realistic - and indeed inexpensive - classic jet airliner add-ons you can get. Old as it is (it no longer has a type certificate for use as an airliner), it does still fly - just about - these days, under an experimental certification with Northtrop Grumman, who use two of them to test bits for the F-35 programme. For those of you who like aviatio…

This is a nice little tubeliner. I've got to do some RTFMing for sure though. It seems as though I should have left the auto throttles engaged upon landing? Plane was yelling at me hehe. I would have flown a DAL livery but I only found one now hehe. Routing: KDLH COLDD BAINY2 KMSP

Just can't stop flying her (or her big Sis'.....Shots of her coming too) Did a milk run from KLAX to KLAS....super easy, short and scenic route. Here we are parked at the KLAS cargo ramp....loaders doing their thing. (click the pic to see the full 4k screenshot) Main cargo door getting unloaded as well. This screen leaves no doubt that I'm in Vegas! The Luxor light beam never looked so....real. It has a great transparency in V4...very real looking.

Turn out so wrong? Dang I hate it when I do that. And the gear horn was screeching like mad most of the final approach. I was rewarded with a really nice display of sparks for my trouble. Not to add to the previous discussion: https://www.avsim.com/forums/topic/513083-before-you-throw-away-a-decade-of-simming/ Certainly the older sims have limitations,as you'd expect! Here's Innsbruck's treatment by ORBX in AFS2: light, mesh, and resolution EDIT: I lied, there are 3 more to see... :)
