American Virtual Airlines (AvA) is celebrating its 3rd Birthday throughout the month of June! Now is a great time to join our VA as we celebrate our Birthday with a CAT restriction waiver for ALL AvA pilots, and have scheduled numerous company-wide and hub events during the month of June. American Virtual Airlines was founded in 2001 and became the first Virtual Airline to be affiliated with VATSIM. Today we have over 300 pilots who fly out of our 9 United States-based Hubs. AvA flies exclusively on the VATSIM Network, and provides our pilots with a full range of resources to enhance their flying enjoyment. These resources include an Automated Pilot Reporting (PIREP) Sys…

Are you looking for a Virtual Airline? Are you looking for a FUN Virtual Airline?Do you like 737-300s and Stansted? Then Whizz Intl is the VA for you!Whizz Intl fly routes out of London Stansted and Edinburgh around Europe in Boeing 737-300s. We have 14 737s and are planning a massive expansion after our launch on the 11th June. We will extend to 32 aircraft, and later purchase a hub in Europe! Already, without launching, Whizz has proven to be a very popular airline with 14 pilots. We have already outsized VAs such as Kad Air who have been around for one year and a half.In the Avsim Download section our livery appears to be incredibly popular, with 100 downloads of each wi…

I'm just about ready to go out and create my own, as I haven't found one that necessarily suits my needs. I'm looking for a VA that is:- not necessarily based on a real-world airline.- focuses primarily on FS2004- easy to install, professionally-looking painted aircraft- AFCAD2 files for gate placement for...- complete AI flight schedule (an extra plus is if it could be easily imported into Ultimate Traffic)- custom scenery for major hubs (i.e. nothing more than just seeing the VA's logo on the side of a hangar or something)- fully featured, richly designed site with all of the perks we've come to expect. Are there any VA's out there that meet this description? Thanks,Kenn…

Hi,I am an experienced FS pilot and looking for a new challenge : joining a VA. Now the problem is, there are so many, so which ones would you suggest to me in Europa/America/other ? I do have to add that I prefer automated reporting software and the possibility to fly offline (meaning no VATSIM or IVAO).thank you !!regards,Thomas

Well, Arabian Skies is getting a total makeover; http://www.arskies.ca.tc. New [permanent] management is finally here, and we're getting the new subsidary four 737-700NGWs to replace 3 737-300s and 1 737-400. These four NGs are going to do the small, low cost VA operating out of LTBA a lot of good. There's lots of openings for pilots and the VA currently needs a schedule maker. Contact me at [email protected] if you're interested. Please give me your honest opinions about the paint scheme! With the amount of payware planes - and the quality of these products are there any VA's that cater for this, and actually provide a rather realistic experience in terms of passenger numbers, proper routes etc?I'm not looking for the normal VA's that offer liveries for these pay planes, but more one that offers something more indepth.I tried to sign up for VONZ (New Pacific Blue) and it even had a test, and everything (which I passed) but alas after 2 weeks waiting for a confirmation for login, and a couple of emails to them I emailed them to say not to worry. That looked like the closest that I have seen that offered what I was looking for.I currently fly for Livewire air…

Hello guys!I recently purchased PMDGs 737NG and it's an outstanding aircraft, therefore I'm now searching for a VA that uses 737 and maybe even has a livery for the PMDG 737 available or plans to do one.I'd prefer a more realistic VA which also provides some kind of community and isn't just a automated website without any contact between the members.GreetingsMartin

Great news, Merlin Airlines has arrived after a great deal of secret planning. Without any doubt it will have a least one member of the team who has travelled by air at some point in the past to provide a second to none approach to training. This will be a great place for the budding NG pilot to hop along, learn a thing or two, and generally enjoy the pleasant family atmosphere.Don't let the fact that it has been created by most of the former management team at www.elitejets.co.uk put you off. It is unlikely that in this new venture they will shut down the VA again without any notice or consultation to the 40 or so committed pilots, as it was more probably a one off moral …

Hey guys,I'll get right to the point...I am a virtual airline executive that is looking for a job, preferably higher end management. I worked through the ranks at a west coast airline for about 4 years. I went from pilot to safety manager, to hub manager, and then to Chief Executive Officer. I resigned from my position as CEO about a month ago and was in progress of starting a new virtual airline with a few guys i met on the net. This didn't work because i wanted different things then them. Oh well!So if there is a VA out their that has an open position then throw me an email: [email protected] LeckyBlue Skies...
