Source: www.flyafa.comDetroit, MI (July 22, 2004) - American Flight Airways announced the creation of a new low cost carrier division dubbed Alpha Jet. The new divison will operate Boeing 737-800 aircraft out of two hubs located in Detroit, MI (DTW) and Oakland, CA (OAK). The carrier will offer flights to major destinations while at the same time servicing less busier airports in those areas to avoid traffic delays. While Alpha Jet currently is planned to have 2 hubs there are possible plans for the carrier to create 2 more hubs in Tampa, FL and Kansas City, MO. Alpha Jet currently has a tentative flight destinations list which was made available to the public and is list…

The interMation Alliance is completing a restructuring phase for 3rd quarter 2004. Alliance VA's have gone through numerous changes and website upgrades have been emplaced.Intercontinental has relocated operations to Vienna Austria LOWW due to low returns on North American Market share and an untapped market in the European continent.Carnival has stepped up to the plate to insure profit realization in the North American market as well as provide viable connections to the Alliance overseas. The prior fleet has been sold and new aircraft are being obtained to modernize operations. The new fleet will consist of all Boeing aircraft to support those desiring to operate the ven…

Hey here is a thought that occured to me. I have been flight simming for 5 years now and I have NOT ever met any gurl that is interested in flightsimming/aviation apart from female pilots. How is this possible? This is not a male dominated hobby, how great would it be to meet just one female that shares the same hobby as you!?!If there are any out there, I havent met any, so please respond.Males: Your view on the subjectFemales: Let us know u exist!Arman Motiwalla

Hi All,I'm currently looking to join another VA, however I'm looking for VAs that are VERY realistic in their operations. I believe the old America West VA had the most realistic operations as I recall unfortunately I never had the opportunity to join them. Does anyone have such suggestions? Thanks!

Air Fresno Regional Virtual Airlines has completed Phase Five of it's Regional Development Plan by releasing the new Embraer ERJ-170 and ERJ-190's. These two new regional aircraft already join the ERJ-135 and ERJ-145 in service, making more than half of the airlines current fleet Embraer products. In the coming weeks several new and exciting routes will be released, hopefully bringing new interest in what is typically a slow VA summer season.Peter McKay, PresidentAir Fresno Regional Virtual Airlineshttp://home.earthlink.net/~airfresno/

170th Aviation Squadron is accepting applications for pilots. We are a military and commercial airliner (sort of like a civilian contractor). We do fly military routes but also civilian routes. Our fleet consists of both types of aircraft. The fleet is coming nicely. We have 4 aircraft painted and on the website. More are to come in the week. Hope to see some more pilots apply and start flying with us. http://www.freewebs.com/crazyhorse21/

We'll give that VA full credit for the sysem, no matter how much our developer "tweaks" it.Thanks.Mahmoud [email protected]
