I have collector’s edition and you can toggle yoke. I updated it yesterday and i’ve just checked it.

For me pulling out network cable helps. It will give you connection lost warning but will move to that required/available space screen, plug it in again, connection will be established and you will have continue button there which will lead to normal loading screen.

There is the old name Bulgarian air charter available on official forums. I haven’t seen European version yet.
