Hmm. Going to disagree here as dynamic settings reduce terrain level of detail. Reduce that and detail deteriorates instantly. Often causing blurry ground textures. Dynamic is coded into the sim so its a lot faster than autofps. Autofps is less drastic as I find dynamic settings to over correct the TLOD. And yes, when I use it, I use it correctly. Still, I think the OPs issue is probably dynamic settings or something related to TLOD or OLOD in someway. Also.... asobo servers sometimes bork on me look terrible when I have excellent internet and a fairly hefty pc

Blurry textures? That would look terrible on final. I wonder if there are settings or something that caused this? Dynamic settings are notorious for "downgrading" the graphics for the sake of FPS at least in my case. DynamicLOD or AutoFPS really shine here. Its like they put a "hold" as to high or low the level of detail go. Try these first before leaving. I never seen a sim look and perform as well as 2024 ever. That's with a ridiculous amount of addons. I still have 2020 for some planes leftover but its rare. 2024 is amazing. Wonder if PG is causing you issues?

Turn up the "turbulence" in msfs settings. I have noticed it taking off in a much smaller plane after a large jet took off.

Pilot2ATC has always been excellent for a solid IFR experience. Way more to it than people realize

Hmmmm. An opinion piece? Yes sometimes the vectoring will be wonky but its rare for me. As far as traffic... it depends on which traffic system your prioritize. I use FStraffic as priority 1, then AIG then FSLTL. I see a lot of traffic en route. Obviously a ton at airports

Nah, I didn't say that sorry if that wasn't clear. They do have GA traffic and I see them regularly. Now that I've re-read what I've written, I can see why I sounded so silly. Yeah, there's an option to use 2024 GA traffic as a "check" box for BATC last time I checked.

once i started batc a while back and I've loved it since. Premium voices are a lot better but really im in it for the great traffic/performance on top having a solid atc. it simply just works. i fly vfr often as well and just pretend my ifr clearance is a very closely "followed" flight following 😀

After owning so many planes and taking a break from flight sim I think this free update might bring me back. I had so much fun with it despite some random issues in 2024. Looking forward to tomorrow!

Love the Dukes. Mostly the turbine version. Starship is cool but must watch YT and the manual because its a head scratcher. Fun planes.

Honestly, I haven't flown it in years. It was fun for me early on but I moved on to other developers. Its a smaller turbopropliner (or whatever they're called).

I bought the EMB as soon as it was released in 2020. It was early on in 2020 with the sim having lots of issues. Fun plane.

NextGen Simulations is working on a SAAB S340 and 2000 but there's been issues. The developer apparently had all their drives get corrupted etc and lost the modeling. Single developer. Nice person. So, it will be a while before anything happens. ATR could be a good plane if that developer put some focus into it or at least allowed others to modify it. Something.

Majestic had an update in June of 2025. They're still working on the Dash 8. I've asked them and yes, they're still working on it. In the meantime, the ATR I heard is a real fun plane to fly. 😅

Nope! Emailed them that I bought it Nov 29th and they gave me the free update because they're amazing. I bought the expansion too and love this plane. Mictastic and Lefebvre, my wallet still doesn't like you. Then again, Im sure ive convinced you both into buying other planes (or added some influence). Mictastic now enjoys the 146 at least. 😀

Interesting. Too long? Core (beta) worked for Su4 beta for a really long time (and still does). Interface could use some work, sure.

I am under the impression that they are working on it. Might not be here for 2026. My absolute favorite plane of all time. So many memories flying PDX-SEA and back.

Odd. Wonder if changing views is mmaayybbee reseting LODs and then it loads them up after the change? Not sure. Trying replicate this. Which plane, settings like lod etc are you running? Tried autofps or OLOD changes? Sorry i keep thinking the objects are getting reloaded does it happen out of dev mode? Edit: grandfed may be on to something with extra stuff loading in dev mode

Odd. Have actually never experienced this issue before. Curious what your settings are and if you reached out to the devs. They're pretty responsive to feedback. Was this SU4 2024 or 2020? I use it nearly everyday
