I am sure I am in idle based on manifold pressure. This is in MSFS2024.

The ground roll at idle throttle is very fast, requiring continuous braking to manage the speed. Is this realistic behavior for the Baron?

you cannot be flying the same Ifly plane. The approaches are unstable and the ILS tracking is off a bit.

I think all payware developers should release their aircraft with a Simbrief Profile. That would be a nice touch as a part of their "full" package release.

The pink means you are missing the textures. Those without the pink somehow have all the proper textures. Perhaps setting differences or other addons providing those missing textures.

The default is still there. MSFS will not allow you to overwritten the default. Go back to the default is the "reset" I think you are looking for.

You should worry about the developer platform turning off before the Microsoft platform.

I have the issue of the toolbar and when I initially start VR, I am floating above my aircraft and have a difficult time getting into the cockpit. Also, the screen to reposition the pilot is difficult to make it go away after I am positioned.

How could the stop it. Have the developer change it or remove it.

This comment does not make sense. The profanity check fix doesn't mean they are not focusing on more "serious issues". That quick fix does not impact them working on other issues.

At this point, I would suggest you install MSFS2020. MSFS2024 will likely have bugs and issues that will not be resolved for another six months.

When you copy the files from msfs2020 to msfs2024, the injector is still set to msfs2020.
