According to the specs: "The LG OLED evo TV series comes with 4K resolution support and 165Hz variable refresh rate. All the models in the series support NVIDIA G-Sync and AMD FreeSync Premium." I would underscore the word "support" - whatever they mean by it. My Nvidia control panel detected the monitor and I was able to select G-sync. Independent processor, not sure.

I still think it looks amazing, and experienced a slight boost in performance. A good monitor really makes a difference.
