Thank you for posting this. I agree.  After previewing the nice manual, downloading and trying the free demo, I bought it. Happy Holidays...

P.S. Works great flying around high-rise buildings while looking for office buildings I am familiar with in SamScene3D's Modern Cities series for MSFS 2020 which I would very highly recommend. SamScene is 35% off if you buy 2 or more from their website.  I ended up buying the first 3 volumes in the USA Modern Cities in the series. Also, Hong-Kong City Times, New York City Times, and Israel Scenic World.

For me and for the moment, nothing gets close to the freeware JPL Cessna C-152.

Nice external model with normal tri-gear and taildragger versions, excellent interior, nice systems, visible passenger, and I love the cockpit lighting controls for dawn/dusk flights.

Couldn't find a reason not to buy these low and slow ultra lights in the Marketplace:

Aeroprakt A-22 Foxbat - regular price U$19.99, sale price $1.99
Searey Elite (Advanced) - regular price U$18.99, sale price $9.99

Try helicopters. Hovering above a lake, fly along a highway...
