that may all be possible but requires too much effort and time which I am not willing to spend. if/when x-plane supports this, I will be back.

that leaves 99% (= 200.000) of all airports without AI traffic. implementing basic AI traffic, and even only for simple traffic patterns, is a piece of cake and has been available in other simulators since day 1.

as long as they see more point in adding heat blur coming out of jet APUs I consider this another bad design decision. just like their basic, feature limited Garmins.

in the meantime I will suspend further discussions as some around here who unlike yourself, have not contributed the slightest piece of information/help but have nothing better to offer than condescending remarks. comparing or suggesting missing features/differences of my 4 flight simulators is not welcome here and obviously beyond the limited IFR horizon of some posters around here.

You can come across as a polite and genuine person, until you come out with unnecessary cheap shots like this about other people.  Hopefully, someday, you'll understand what it means to ask for help without taking shots at the product you're asking help for.  You will, in all likelihood, get a lot more help forthcoming.
