Some states you can basically shop lift with no consequences as long as you keep it under $800-$1000. July 4, 20232 yr From a British perspective, the risk of being shot dead for what is a relatively minor offence would be enough to deter most of us. Apparently, it does not go down too well in France either. It seems that it is very different in the USA. Perhaps just being arrested is a relief to the Indian impersonator.
