They will reach out to you shortly requesting more information so we may debug the issue for you. Alternatively, a lot of people have posted a potential solution for your problem, above. Remove the command starting bootstrapper from your exe.xml, this will inhibit bootstrapper from ever launching, and manually start fenix.exe when you want it. Aamir Thacker
January 10, 20233 yr Rather than remove the entry from the EXE.CFG, I'd really suggest just setting the <DISABLED> flag from false to true. Then, create a shortcut on your desktop to the EXE.CFG file and change the true to false when you want to fly the Fenix A320. I do this for the TDS GTN750Xi, as that launches every session too, yet I only rarely use it. So I keep it 'disabled' in the EXE.CFG, and when I want to fly something that uses the TDS, it takes me 10 seconds to enable it and launch MSFS. I've been doing this since FS9 (the EXE.CFG file is an old timer 😄) Bill 😎 FS2024 • PMDG 738, 777F & 777-200LR • Fenix A319, A320, A321 • TFDi MD-11 • AS/ToLiss A346 • iFly 737 MAX8 • Ini A340 • AS CRJ v2 • Ini A300 Premium • FSS 727F • FFX HJET, Visionjet and P180 2024 • A2A Comanche 2024 & Aerostar • All BLACKSQUARE aircraft • COWS DA40 & DA42 • FSW C24R Sierra & C414 TrackIR • BeyondATC • PMS GTN Payware • RealTurb • Axis & Ohs • FS Realistic Pro 9800X3D • RTX 3080 • 64GB DDR5-6000 NPPL licence holder in the UK

Shortcut on your taskbar, one click, and your off.

I don't ask 'ad personam' debugging, it's a well known problem for other simmers too. The last time I used your A320 the FBS worked right. Missing the PMDG DC6 in MSFS 2024 (she's here, but...).
