Do you have opentrack or FacetrackNoIR installed?

I used to have opentrack but as per suggestion I uninstalled it completely already. I believe I don't have FacetrackNoIR

I used to have but not anymore

I found suggestion to edit config xml

https://help.tobii.com/hc/en-us/articles/4412214303505-Conflict-with-other-tracking-or-control-devices

But I'm on digital store version I have not been able to locate any configuration files 😞

On the fs2020 official forums, some had issues with lingering open track registry entries even after it was removed causing fs to show track ir installed that causes issues for tobii.

Some edited the regustry and some tried re-installing latest version and uninstalling latest version.

Registry editing is beyond me, but perhaps something to look into.

OK, this is likely the root of the problem. One of the Opentrack plugins caused an issue with Tobii and uninstalling didn't solve the issue as the settings were retained. Can I suggest you install Opentrack again and under the Output options ensure Freetrack is selected then click the hammer icon next to it for settings. Under Select Interface, select Use Freetrack, hide TrackIR and ok this. Now start head tracking in Opentrack then stop it again. Now exit Opentrack, fire up MSFS and see if Tobii is working in sim.

If this fixes it then you can safely uninstall Opentrack.

Thank you for all your helps guys. Tobii support reached out for me and we solved the probelm.

There was leftover file NPClient64.dll that cause all the problems! Fixed!

Good to hear. Enjoy.

Do you have any forward / backward motion?  Everything else seems to be working as expected but when I lean forward nothing happens on the screen.

No I don't ! Now my next phase is to adjust it to make it less twitchy

Here I just found it.

The F12 was an older fix. You still need to bind that option but you can now bind it to any key or button.

Thank you both.  I bound it to a joystick button instead of the keyboard and it works perfectly.

I had to reposition the angle of the tracker bar a few times to get the 2 white dots centered in the middle of the box - that helped a lot.

The rest I guess is going to be trial and error

To make things less twitchy, you can alter the balance between head and eye tracking. I have it all the way to head tracking only meaning no eye movement is tracked. Some people prefer a little eye tracking as well. It's a good option to play around with.

Thank you for that. That was exactly my issue. All working well now!
