Hi,

As I understand, this is how a controller should be displayed in the Description Panel:

 

In my case I have a generic image with a question mark:

I have:

- CH FighterStick

- Microsoft Sidewinder FF2

- VKB-Sim T-Rudder Pedals Mk.IV

All are working fine for assignments etc. in MSFS. I just have an issue with the Description Panel.

Doesn't matter - I have that too.  If the buttons are assigned they will work.

Sure it is a NICE HAVE.

However if there is a tip to have it working I would appreciate (because it is useful to see the numbers of the buttons).

No, nothing we can do. Microsoft has to add that profile to the Sim to be able to see the buttons and so on. The FF2 is so old and hasn’t been on sales for 15+ years, so I doubt they will add it.

My CH Fighterstick (still selling) does not have profile either.

I had a quick look at one of the three controllers I use in MSFS[2020] (screenshots).
