You can put an exclamation (!) mark before it and will prevent that model to use that runway. February 6, 20215 yr Hi Frederico I've had a CTD several times now when asking taxi permission (default ATC). I can ask, but instead of an answer, I get the CTD. It only happens after a longer cockpit preparation (20 min. or so); when I seek ATC's persmission rihgt after starting the sim, everything works fine. Oh, and it happened to me on airports that are not configured in the config.xml. P3Dv4.5 HF 2. Kind regards Michael
February 6, 20215 yr Author Commercial Member @fio thanks for reporting. Yes the user aircraft ATC code is being re-worked. I will try to fix it in next build Federico Sucari
February 7, 20215 yr It seems ATCAPI will gives me about 5~10 FPS cost and micro shutter after 10~20 minutes after loading in. If I change the ingame time, even as 5~10 min, the AI will refresh and FPS gain back, but again in 10~20 minutes it will shutter again. And the 1.0.0.4 will eventually give a Stackhash CTD after about 40~60min
February 7, 20215 yr Author Commercial Member ATCAPI is very light on FPS. regarding the CTD you could turn the Debug On, <Debug>1</Debug> and check. Thanks Federico Sucari

That would mean Aerologic, Fedex and Lufthansa Cargo would have a preference to land on 25C at EDDF while the Asia freighters and AirBridge Cargo typically land on 25L. That would be a really nice feature if its feasible. 👍 I will try to include this in the feature list. The main issue with this variable is that it can't be read via PDK or Simconnect? I will need to scan the cfg files for this. Edited February 7, 20215 yr by fs1 Federico Sucari

I will need to scan the cfg files for this. I'm not sure if it's a Simconnect variable, but it is for sure something that is listed in the cfg files. It is under the individual repaint variable [flightsim.x] sections in the cfg files. Under "atc_parking_code"

If i understand correctly i can use only one airports, so if i fly to another, can I repleace XML file for them and reload during flight, to asign setting for this specific airports? Eg i start from EPWA to EGLL, i set runway asigned for this, and prepere XML files for EGLL. After takeoff i repleace it and reload for ARR airports - is this works? 2. ATC Model. Shuld i asign this for takeoff line and landing? Egz. for EPWA for takeoff usualy rwy 29 is for takeoff and 33 for landing - exept for heavy, they use 33 couse 29 is to short. I will asign B788, B788 or other heaviest for 33, and others light and medium for 29 (B737, E170 etc.) For landing almost all, landing on rwy 33, sometime aircraft lands on 29, but not havies. Can i make exeption ATCModel for landing to egz some thing like this ATCModel=!B788 Today I will test this version. Thank You for this greate app. Regards Grzegorz I have had two test flight and I have two CDT - flught from EPWA - LSZH: 1. ATCAPI.dll - error. Rather than just low FPS, it's more like a mirco-sutter, it might due to conflict. While I can't test all possible combnation, I tested it's still lag without using AIFlow&AIGround. But to test AI, I always keeps UTL on.
February 9, 20215 yr I'm also noticing this, but only at bigger airports like Amsterdam. I doubt it has something to do with ATCAPI, but will test this as well. The FPS are around 28-35 when starting up with AI, and after 4 or 5 minutes they drop to 21-25
February 9, 20215 yr Ok, I can confirm that ATCAPI gives an FPS loss for me as well. As far as I can tell it starts losing FPS as soon as the first arrival is on final. FPS loss is about 8-10 FPS on Flytampa Amsterdam (going from 33FPS to 24/25FPS). Disabled all my other addons, and ATC API seems to be the one causing the loss...
