April 5, 20206 yr I have went for a Holiday in Australia way back in September to December, once I came back I had to uninstall my fsx but when I installed I must have made something wrong because although I have installled IVAP when I have my fsx running I can't go on line. The drop down window appears but nothing happens. I have to make something very clear I am 76 years old and I am no computer guru far from it, can anyone help please? I ADORE THE GAME PLEASE HELP!

April 6, 20206 yr Author Yes I am using FSX and got Windows XP When I am setting up the Virtual Pilot client the problem starts soon after the first page that is when one accepts the agreement. the next page asks you 'which initial configuration of Ivap do you want to use? Single PC etc.. since I have one computer I naturally put 'Single PC. Then the next page says ''No Flight Simulator Installation found, manual override required to continue'' where I browse and I put in Programme File (X86) Microsoft Games/Microsoft flight Simulator THEN IT SAY ''THE PATH TO THE FLIGHT SIMULATOR X INSTALLATION IS OVERRIDEN THIIS IMPLIES THAT THE NECCESARY REGISTRY INFORMATION OF YOUR FLIGHT SIMULTOR INSTALLATION IS MISSING. THIS MIGHT CAUSE UNWANTED EFFECTS. i think my problem 'that i have the SIM CONNECT MASTER PORT NUMBER WRONG. PS I found out my IP Address in Browsing on my computer. Now when I try to connect all I manage to see is the window BUT WHEN I TRY TO CONNECT IT DOES NOT. THANKS Edited April 6, 20206 yr by Victor Delceppo
