Can't PURCHASE GTN 750 for XP 11 (resolved)

I've tried many times, but I keep getting an error "declined" in the F1 wrapper installer. Tried contacting F1 about this, they said I've tried with a fake card number? Seems like baloney to me.

Please help.. trying to get a GTN 750 into my King Air.

Absolutely sure you are entering correct card numbers?  No spaces or dashes between number segments?
