.... I get a weird figures, to verified I contacted some local ATC & the FSX SE  RW is way off

Yeah, it happens from time to time!  Sometimes it's stuck on the same weather for the area you are flying in for

days at a time.  It will eventually correct itself.

I had a very good experience with  when running FSX Box addition with 'Open-Clouds" by FSOpen but I'm not sure if it is compatible with SE
