Who has GSX with the NGX?? Do you guys think it's good? I'm going to try the demo in a bit, but I was wondering the opinions here. Also, do you think they will update GSX to make it compatible with the 777? I saw it has this "Live Update" system. I sent FSDT an email, I hope to hear back from them soon.And 1 more question, it says it's compatible with 3rd party addons as well as FSDT addons and other payware airport addons. How does it behave in freeware AFCAD enhancements? For example, the ones that you get off AVSIM and they add a new terminal or whatever? Do you recommend it?Thank you for your help

Woah those were some fast responses! I didn't even get time to edit my OP. lolKeithy that's good to hear. Does it have some sort of control panel via the AddOns tab in FSX or how does it work exactly? How does the Pushback (via the FMC) work with the ground crew?

Yes, it's a great program and adds a lot to the environment, especially if you fly airliners.

Of course, Umberto has been updating it constantly to be compatible with the majority of all the airliners on the market. He won't leave the PMDG T7 out of the updates thats for sure. They are at some point going to have a graphical airplane config screen as well in an update down the road.

It works at evey airport in FSX, addon or freeare or stock. Of course how it works depends on the AFCAD, meaning that if you have a jacked up afcad that doens't handle AI very well and has a lot of errors then there could be some issues, however, I have tested GSX at all the airports in my sig which is a fair amount of payware and also tested it with a lot of freeware airports and uploaded ADE's and it works great 99% of the time.Also it comes with a parking editor that lets you customize the parking spaces at payware or freeware airports to accomidate jetways,stairs,push back options,baggage loaders, etc. Download the program and try it free at all FSDT airports you own and two default airports that are included. It comes with a PDF that lists all the features and how to use the parking editor.Sean Campbell

The parking editor was a nice touch, I have been using it with NGX, heck, with all my payware acft, no problems absolutely.

I'm using the free version, but I'm thinking to buy. Very nice. I posted a video on Youtube yesterday, showing the arriving in San Francisco with GSX.

All I can tell you as its really well done and has made my experience so much better!! Brings the airport to life. And now with the airline liveries on the vehicles and such its a must by if your a fan of realistic airline flying!!

Choose where you want to park, and follow me vehicle takes you there. At the same time, the marshaller will be waiting for you along with other vehicles.

I guess you mean once landed? I usually contact ground and get a gate allocated and then ask GSX for a follow me vehicle to that chosen gate.

You select which gate or parking space you would like to park in and you can request a follow me vehicle if your unfamiliar with he airport. It will dispatch a crew at the gate ready for your arrival. the marshaller will bring you in and bang you request deboarding and such!!
