FSX/P3D Version

Hi All, Just a note that if you have the problem like I was having, whereby after installing the TFDi 717 your P3D would hang on loading after pressing the OK button when starting a scenario, this issue can be resolved by removing RAAS, either by uninstalling or temporarily disabling in the DLL.xml I spent a number of hours troubleshooting until I came across a solution in the TFDi Discord. hi..i just bought a new computer and reinstalled my pmdg777-200lr ...and i have no RAAS i also installed the fs2crew pmdf 777-lr i have windows 10 now i had windows 7 and it was working great any help is appreciated ken hanson cyyc

Im having an issue with the PRO verstion of RAAS locked to PMDG. After installing the 777 or 747, P3D blacks out uppon loading, only allowing me to select a scenario if I delete the RAAS PRO folder from the Prepar3dV4 root. Thats the only way to procede with a flight (with no RAAS). I tried updating it to your latest version, but still same issue. I contacted PMDG, and they told me that it might be something tha FS2Crew can help me out with? Telling me to contact Brian York? They said that its something happening to some users of P3DV4 Hope you can help me. Thank you!!!.

Hi, Does Raas professionnal work with the qw787 + fs2crew? it seems that when i activitate the master switch on for raas and restant the SIM it destroys my cold and dark state . thxs for help Best regards alexandre

Hi Bryan, Can you explain the correct way to create and link a profile to a specific aircraft please? I have the locked version v3.0.0.0 installed in P3Dv5 HF2 and RAAS is working without issues. Except when I look at the RAAS settings its labelled "B747" at the top. I have created a profile and save it for the Áirbus and even if I link it and set it as default, whenever I select the Aerosoft Airbus in P3D, the RAAS profile that is by default loaded is the B747. I have tried unlinkingng the B747 profile but still no luck. I am sure I am not doing something right. Any thoughts?

Hello, I have the PMDG 747 and 777 installed and just downloaded the 3.3 locked version update for P5D. However after installing the update and lading the SIM, I still see version 3.0.0 in the about section. And for some reason, there is a new entry in my Start Menu saying "01 Uninstall RAAS Professional Unlocked". Which is not what I just installed. Did I miss a step? How can I check for a proper 3.3 installed veriosn? Cheers...

Latest v3.0.0.0 installed. Currently flying the FSLabs A320x. Altimeter setting was for 6000 ft. Warning started at 2000 ft. Disabled both altimeter settings to stop the warnings. Not the first time this has happened in taking off or in landing and this is not the only a/c it happens in. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

I have been using RAAS Pro Ver 2.6.14.3 with the FSX PMDG planes for some years. The error message raised it's ugly head last night. If I select the "yes" then FSX promptly exits. If I select "no" then FSX will continue to load but of course there is no sign of RAAS. . Hello, I am having a bit on an issue with RAAS calling out the correct runway numbers. I have run Lorbyscenery export (Simwings Anchorage is showing up in the cfg) and the Make runways tool, but RAAS is still calling out the old RW's 14/32 and 6/24 instead of 15/33 and 7/25. If the scenery shows up in LorbyScenery.cfg that means it is detected, correct?

I am sure this has been discussed but the RAAS system always has the Master switch off when I load the simulator and the aircraft up. This is the log I receive. Does anyone know how I can get rid of this error code. I am running windows 10, 64 bit, p3d v3.4, PMDG 777. Hello When I do takeoff with my 747-8 I get short runway aural warnings. This happened on several runways which for sure are more than long enough. When I take off with the 747-4 I do not get the warning on the same runway. Any ideas?

Is there a way to change the women voice ? the current one is not the same voice as in real life.

Good day, I was wondering how does FS2 Crew RAAS identify the approaching runway in the airport scenery, i.e.what data does it gather from the simulator? The reason I am asking it that I have just purchased an addon airport from a scenery developer and RAAS is announcing the the opposite runways. When on runway 24, RAAS announces runway 06, and vice-versa, It only at that developers airport. If I know it is an issue with the developer's scenery, I can notify them. Regards.

Hi Bryan, An issue or two I'm having with RAAS. First, until today I've been using v2.9.37.6. I use the online check for updates option regularly and have always been told there are no updates available, including the last time I tried earlier today. When I visited the forum this evening to post about my second issue (below), I noticed that the latest version is actually 2.9.92.162 which I have now installed. So your check for updates option wasn't working. Version 2.9.37.6 doesn't even appear in the Change Log..
