FS2CREW: PUSHBACK EXPRESS

Hey there, I would find it nice if, after the pushback truck is in position, the ground crew tells the flight deck "we will be ready for push back" and if we want to start it to say "we are cleared for push" or so on. For the moment I always check outside if the car is in position 😄 I do also have sometimes the problem that afte "we will be ready shortly" PBE is not reacting on "we are ready for pushback and start up" anymore. I need to restart PBE 2-3 times until it works. (with Fenix) Nothing is happening 😞 Cheers

You asked... we delivered! Here's a video showing Pushback Express (Distance Mode in Button Control) with the Fenix A320. FYI, Pushback Express does not run inside the MSFS process unlike some other pushback utilities out there: It does not induce performance issues with the Fenix. Note: "Rudder Control" mode does not work with the Fenix. Fenix did something funky with the Rudder. But "Distance Mode" is the best mode, and it's the one most people use now since it'll give you the most accurate automated pushback to the taxiway line!

Hi, I've had this problem lately where Pushback Express (and FSUIPC as well for that matter) will only start if I defocus the sim during startup. Of course I can simply defocus the sim every time I start it but I don't want to have to restart it if I forget to do that. Do you have any clue as to why this is happening?

Hi. I'd ignored PBE because I wanted a pushback solution that would let you define the pushback before it starts and then not need to worry whilst the pushback is happening. Distance mode looks interesting. Anyone know of any youtube videos of someone using distance mode? Thanks.

I bought this today to use with the Fenix. What a waste of money. I get a warning screen saying am not on voice....yer I dont have it or set up for it. I call the tug, it connects, tell me to release parking brake.........................nothing. I have set up the pushback with the marker to the place I wanted to push back to, set trim to 31. Nothing, tried diffrent airports all with Hugs next to plane. Same thing every time. Release parking brake.......but it never moved the plane 1" Never touch any of the Fenix EFB controls for push back. Just letting Pushback Express users know that it appears that with the latest Fenix Airbus update (1.0.2.104) you no longer need to press "Start" in the EFB prior using Pushback Express. This is good! Cheers,

Hello and good day, I have the FSREW Push-Back installed. With the FlyByWire a320, There are no problems to push the aircraft. Now I have installed the PMDG 737-300. When I tried to use the tug for a push-back, The tug doesn't move, what ever I tried. What can I do? Thank you in advance Henk Scheffer

Hey guys, just a small suggestion to PBE. I think many of us are flying in an online network and it would be nice if we could quick switch to rudder control if we're getting pushback instruction that PBE cannot fulfill. To bring a bit more context to it: I've used Toolbar Pushback with the pre-planning feature until 2 days ago where you had to wait for the instructions to pre-plan and then call the tug in which put some delay in actually starting the pushback. I had a chat with my controller after a high traffic evening where he suggested to only use rudder pushbacks as delays in the pushback (when you ask for pushback clearance) can quickly clog up apron plan…

Hello, i tried to update pushback express in the product manager to version 2.2.28. It also downloads the update but then jumps back into update mode. When trying to start the MFS2020, the following error message appears. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling pushback express with no success

Hi Bryan I noticed yesterday when I requested pushback with the FBW experimental version the aircraft stutters while being pushed. Just pushing back really slow from the cockpit and outside view the aircraft stutters like it’s going over ruts. Any ideas what may be going on? I’m using Windows 11 i7 9700k and an RTX 2080 32 GB of Ram thanks

I have only had both programs installed on 1 machine, yet the program is telling me the program has been installed and activated on another machine.

will fs2crew pushback be modified to make it compatible with Concorde? Now it cannot be used because the plane must have two engines running, as it does not have the APU.

Hi! I am using the Aerosoft CRJ 900/1000 in MSFS. When I press the yellow "Ready" button, the tug connects, but then also starts to slowly push the aircraft back. When I press the green "Start" button it pushes back faster. Now, it shouldn't move the plane before starting the pushback. Any clues? Best regards Jan

Hi, I have no audio from PBE and RAASPro when I perform the Audio Test in either program. I tried all options for the audio device, but can not hear any sound. I do hear all the aircraft sounds from the FBW A320. The slider for the Audio Volume is all the way to the right ( I assume it's max ). I am starting both programs with the exe.xml, but that should not affect the Audio Test and Audio. Thanks for help

Hi, PBE (MSFS) has been connecting the tug correctly for a few days but when I click on START PUSH nothing happens, absolutely nothing. Is there an update I missed?

I have purchased fs2crew pushback express from the aerosoft store. so to activate this product I had to download the fs2crew product manager, which is fine. when clicking install on the product that I purchased, it performs a download (green bar) at the end of it all it does not confirm that the product is installed. I did check the programsx86 folder and there is files and the unFS2crew_pushback_express_MSFS. exe. At no point at all have I been asked at this stage to provide a serial number (which i do have from Aerosoft) I fire up MSFS (unFS2crew_pushback_express_MSFS. exe) placed in taskbar . the icon is not red just blue. even clicking on it doesn'…

Hello ! I'm trying to use the voice control in PBE. I have completely finished the text to speech recognition in windows according to the instructions manual from PBE Voice control. In PBE the Interface setting to Voice Control is set. But it doesn't work. the microphone symbol in PBE is crossed out in red. In the sound settings of windows, however, the microphone works. Has anyone had luck using the 330 Neo(great aircraft) and PBE. I'm doing everything correctly! Works perfect with FBW 320 and other aircraft. The tug engages and all the voice commands are normal but the tug will not push back. If i swap to default pushback it works. I've done all the work through solving tasks but still won't do it. Brakes off.. Engines off... No chocks. Not Push.... Cheers Rick

I just notice the "up and down arrow" box on the PBE panel. What do they do? I do not see where they do anything, at least anything I can find them doing. Otherwise, program just fine. I think this is fairly new as I just noticed them.

After he says "Starting pushback" he just sits there until I press ctl+shft+P. Is that right? John

Hello, I installed Pushback Express for P3D v5 and got the error: Error reading the settings file. When I continue and change some settings, the settings are written correctly into the xml file. I saw that there already was a thread with the same issue for P3D v4 but no solution. How can I get rid off this error? Many thanks, Rob

Hello I am a new user to Pushback Express for MSFS, just purchased it last month. Seems to have installed OK since control panel opens in cockpit when I launch my flight at a parking stand in 2D using default Cessna Longtitude. My problem is when I switch to VR using my Reverb G2 (OpenXR and not Steam VR). After selecting the Pushback Express icon on the top center menu choices, I do get Pushback Express selected window that says "Launch application" open However when I press "Launch application" nothing happens.
