I have updated to the latest version and I use the voice control software. Everything works fine except that I cannot start pushback. I am using the latest version of FBW320nx, I don't have the lights on, I don't have the engine on, but when I follow the prompts and say the statements, it doesn't start pushback

Hello, yesterday I purchased fs2crew for a32nx and got the new Pushback express 2.2 for free, as I am also a user of the old version. So the problem is that since yesterday I will not be able to lift the plane into the air. The simulator always crashes with an error at different stages of the aircraft preparation. After updating to the new version, whenever I start Pushback Express I get the following error message: Exception code 31 received. With the earlier version I had absolutely no problems.

Hello. I have this error while rinning PBE (MSFS). I haven't had this problem before. I tried then to reinstall the program and deleted the XML file which is located in Appdata folder but nothing changed. How can I fix this? Thank you.

I just uninstalled the previous version and installed the latest version (2.1) of Pushback express. I set up my settings, and then tested the system, and nothing worked as expected. I had voice control enabled. I used the PTT then spoke "Flightdeck to ground" to initiate the tug. I had a response in Australian voice as expected "Go ahead Flightdeck". After that the tug was already pushing me back although I never initiated it. I could not get any more responses from the program, and then I changed to window mode to try and see the PE panel, but it had shut down completely. I have used the msfslegacyimporter tool to transfer a plane to MSFS from FSX X and I observe that PBE does nothing. Obviously this transfer did not include the files necessary for PBE to work. What files are required for PBE to work?

Hi! Tried out the new FlyByWire A32NX 0.6.0 today. But the pushback never starts using Pushback Express. The tug connects, there is a small shake, but then it is stuck. Tried several times by restarting PBE, but with no success. The inbuilt pushback in the new FBW A32NX works without problem however. Any clues to this issue? Is it some setting I should do in the cockpit apart from turning on/turning off the brakes? I am using PBE 2.0 Best regards Jan Jönsson

Hi, i noticed that the stair remain attached at the airpplane only for about a couple of minutes. I think is a very short, and not real, time. Is it possible to add a button to call the stair and another button (or a toggle button) to remove the stair in order to decide how many time the stair remain available to onboard the passengers? I saw that in reality stairs connected to the airplanes for long time. Thank you very much fro your excellent work. Stefano

Hi There. I have PBE 1.7 for MSFS2020 and I have noticed that when I request stairs and gate they connect and within a few minutes they leave the aircraft. This is also the case with the 30 minute turnaround option. Its a real pain having to continuously call them back. Any advice please Steve

Hi - question for Bryan... Is Pushback Express (and A320 Crew) a Web Assembly module? You may be aware that the latest world update for MSFS introduced a bug where WASM modules will cause a CTD, either when trying to load a flight or at a random point during one. FSUIPC/SPAD.Next are the primary culprits in my personal setup but I'm just wondering if the MSFS fs2Crew products would also be affected - or do they rely just on SimConnect API? Thank you! Mike

With the Aerosoft CRJ, after pushback, I am unable to reset the parking brake. It starts to set and then flips back to released. I am using voice control. This doesn't happen with the FBW A320 neo.

We received a few reports from users that Pushback Express wouldn't start the pushback with the new Aerosoft CRJ for MSFS. Reminder: The engines need to be off and the parking brake needs to be off. But this is where some of you are messing up. ***The "Chocks" in the CRJ also need to be out (removed) as well. Some of you are forgetting about the chocks *** Remove the chocks BEFORE releasing the parking brake.

Your pinned post above shows the last released version as 1.8, released 3rd March. However when I start PBE 1.8 it's prompting to update. Having bought PBE from Aerosoft, they don't seem to have a later version for download other than 1.8. I tried downloading and running the installer to update, but still get the same message. If 1.8 is the latest, then is it necessary to uninstall before reinstalling? Stuart

Here is what I didn't found in recently purchased Pushback Express – you have all the required activity in the buttons mode but you are missing the voice commands for many of the activities: jetway, fuel, stairs, main door, fuel truck, baggage truck, power truck catering truck. You have the necessary commands to pushback but since you’ve already programmed all the other button steps why not add the voice commands – it would be so much better. On the positive side the pushback function is excellent. This could become a great app.
