Not sure if this has been mentioned yet, but Flysimware has recently released a pretty nice Cessna 402 for FSX and P3D. http://flysimware.com/website/Cessna402C.html I can't believe that no developer has tacked this before now. Anyone up do do a Cape Air repaint?

I installed Flysim C402 into P3D v4.1. Now I get a content warning. Is the installer compatible only with v4, but not v4.1? Hello, Yesterday I bought both the Beechcraft D 18 and Nieuport 34 for Prepar3D v4. Excellent models, nice flying etc. My compliments! Two questions: 1 Do you know of add-on textures for Dutch liveries of the Beechcraft D 18? 2. Why are you using your name in the name of the aircraft folder and prohibit changes in that foldername? I organize my folders by manufacturername Boeing, Lockheed, AVRO, Dornier etc or by type for American military like B-17, F-16, P-51 etc.for ease of maintenance and file-management. Hello, The manual is not clear about how to start the Nieuport 24. On its productsite I see no further information either. I can move the rotating handle and then the prop rotates for a short while and then stops. I have clicked also on the Refuel-function, did not help. Also pumping the pump on the rightside of the panel does not help. I have the Prepar3D V4 version.

I've recently tried to contact customer support thru the FSW contact page numerous times with regards to the GNS530 not showing in P3D. I have FSX and P3d V3.4Having said that, everything is good in FSX - with I could say the same for P3D V3.4 -(no GNS530) - As a temp resort, I had to "borrow" another GNS530 setup from a different aircraft and insert the gauge entries in the Windows 02 section to point to another GNS package (I should not of had to do that as I paid for all this to work in the first place). I got this fantastic aircraft in August downloaded direct from Flysimware. I started a thread over at Sim Outhouse with my Flower Power texture which prompted a couple of guys to pick it up. I just downloaded the latest update from FSW; uninstalled my old install and installed the complete new install as suggested. First when I tweaked my aircraft.cfg with my own textures and eliminated those I don't want to fly I saved it and opened up FSX. Ooops NO FSW Cessna 402C. What happened? I went back into FSX in Windows Explorer to discover that model MAIN does not exist anymore. The model now if you do not have F1 Radar is RDR_GNS. Ok. I corrected the cfg and the panel…

When I assign a toggle switch to the landing lights, the lights come on, but the switch doesn't move. My nav, beacon, taxi, anti lights work just fine and the switches move. How can I get them to work right. I have the registered version of fsuipc and nothing works. I even used ctrl + L, and the lights go on/off, but still the switch doesn't work. If I use the mouse, then it switches and the lights work fine.

I have no Fsw -airplanes in my hangar. I have spent money from another company and bought some nice looking products which - thanks to many bugs - are pretty much useless. Now I am thinking - for the first time - to look at the Flysimware. C402 or C441 are the ones in my mind, perhaps not Learjet (quite tempting though). IF I would purchase one of these, which one would be the best one. My preferences are: no bugs - quite fast to fly - not too bad visually - more realistuc than the default and free wares but no too complicated ( I like to start the engines with Ctrl+E and pretty easy to use autopilot and FSX default ATC & navigation are good enough for me). 402C in P3dv2.5: The landing lights don't seem to extend.

I apologize if the answer to this question is obvious or buried in the forums, but I just noticed the 2.0 update and it mentions incorporating a WX radar gauge into the VC. I downloaded the "Radar Options" folder but I don't see the Active Sky Next WX "X-Gauge" listed as an option. Is it possible? thanks steve

Just purchased the Cessna 402C for P3D from the flightsimstore shop. I wonder if there are any performance tables included in the package? At least I could not find them... In the PDF which I found in the aircraft folder, there is a "Learning Center" mentioned, but where is this located? Thanks, Thomas

Please tell me i am a terrible pilot and this plane is not that bad! 1-cant find autopilot engage 2-cabin lights dont turn on 3- curtains dont move 4-no way to see where the trim is set 5- manual doesnt tell me what those 2 red buttons do?

Silent update, no major announcements made that I could find, but Flysimware has updated their 402C to version 1.8. Just thought I'd say something in case anyone else has the 402C and did not know. Update details:

I've been looking to get my first Flysimware plane, and the current sale prompts the question, which? I have the X-plane MU-2, so it's either 441 or 402. The 441 is newer but it's a turbine (and I've got the Caranedo Beech C90) - I'd really like the old piston 402 - how much older is the 402 and how much improved is the 441? How are VC and the sounds on the 402? (Hope this isn't inappropriate for the support forum) Cheers Keith

I have GPS issues after upgrading from 1.5 to 1.7 I cant get the terrain funcion to work. In vers. 1.5, I was taught to scroll 3 pages to the right and push enter to get terrain, Then I could scroll back to the default page again and have terrain. but it doesnt work in 1.7 (for me at least) It counts for both in vc-gps and the popup gps. The upgrade fixed the ASI issue and now it shows knots on a knots display. Thats nice, but the issue of the GPS is clearly a "downgrade" for me. I´m not a GPS freak. I like vor/adf navigation and use the gps as a backup. The C402 was a very good platform for this, but now its not that good anymore and if I dont find a soluti…

Hi guys, Just to advice that I've just recieved an email from Flysimware this morning, and they've released v1.7 of the 402, which fixes the Heading Bug and a few other bugs that came in with v1.6 Great result and thanks for the fast response and support, FSW !
