I am thinking of buying the 777 immersion, but I have a machine that is couple of years old. I currently get 20 fps with 777-300ER and flytampa sydney scenery. Will installing this product adversely have a fps hit ?. Thanks

Hi all The title almost makes sense. What I mean is that when I move to my wingview, which is right above the wing, the fps drops really really low. However, when I use ezdok to move a bit in front or behind the wing, still looking at the eh effect, it is totally fine. Any advice/ ayone else with the problem? it is on p3d v3 (.0) btw vkr victor

HI, I am using DX10 and typically I get 30 FPS but as soon as any of the immersion effects initiate it cuts the FPS in half. Is there any fix for this DX10 issue? Regards, Asad

So i've bougt PerciptFX and the 777 Immersion Pack and installed both, but I don't see any effects. The weather is set to the required situations via Active Sky Next. Very unhappy with purchase and lack of help response. Have P3d tried to load file and gives error message, I go to location requested for error details and personally tells me nothing I understand to fix. Tried reloading many times. Then I sent note days ago with screen image of data from the error detail and no response from anybody. Would be nice if this stuff just worked right. Base P3d install, cfg file not played with, Windows 7 64, other software works and downloads fine but not this. A little help from developer/seller would be nice, since i paid for and have nothing useable. Was going to purchase other products as well but clearly wont until somenone gets back …

I'm confused. I recently bought PrecipitFX thinking that it was effects for all aircrafts. But then I saw that there's a 777 immersion package which basically has the same effects... So what's the difference? If so, can the 2 add-ons work together or will there be some sort of conflict between the effects?

Will FS Recorder show the immersion in the 777 ? If not is there a way to record and show it ?

Hi guys After reinstall P3d (not 777 immersion neither PrecipitFX) I run the 777 immersion for my PMDG 777 is giving me this Intergrity Che3ck Failed.....asking to repair the installation , I say :"yes"..gives me Unable to add P3D lateral jet blast etc etc Please advise Thanks Pedro

Guys, the rain drops from the fuselage are yellowish. This is in P3D v3, with the latest verison of 777 immersion. Would post pics if i could! Also I noticed a huge drop in performance while there is a wing condensation and the camera is on the overwing view. Thnx, Ivan

Just installed ver 1.3.0.0 and upon adding effects to aircraft.cfg error pops up saying error occured while adding p3dv3 wing condensation effect to both 777LR and 777F. I guess 77W is not affected

Hi I installed both programs, the windows close with a message, correct installation. I get no window to the dll addition, fsfx_RealEffects_1.dll and it is not found in my hard disck. I find the effects in the effects file. on aircraft.cfg nothing change I want to uninstall, but the uninstall button is locked. how to do ? ya i réinstall 5 times thx cheers

How do I modify the speed in which contrails are generated? They look like the plane is going really really slow. Check the YT video below. Compared to that your 777 contrails look very unrealistic. Hope you can tell me how to modify that. IF it is not possible then how do I remove contrails alone? I will prefer to have the REX free ones (they show the speed very nice) in such case instead . Hi, i have a problem with 777 immersion, i got no wing condensation/engine condensation, i have tried reinstall, test it in different weather and reinstall my fsuipc, but it does not help at all, i head over to the faq section and saw that the effects are based on the smoke system of the aircraft, so i tried to press "i" key for the smoke system. I saw all these different effects but no condensation at all, and i have installed all the effects from the installer, any ideas? Thanks.

Hi i can now confirm that 777 Immersion stop working as soon as i install FS Captain ACARS to the main panel . I have tried reinstalling, it does work however when installing FS Captain ACARS to the main panel it automatically stops working. When reinstalling 777 Immersion i get this error message from FS Captain FMC Gauge : This Acars cannot get a link with the flight data recorder gauge which must be installed in the aircraft's panel.cfg file. Consult your installation instruction to fix this problem

I love the 777 imersion. I couldn't get condensation effects so I downloaded fsuipc and it was fine but then when i press alt the bar doesn't show up, when I start a free flight my curser is flickering and the left click freezes the game for 1 or 2 seconds Can you please help -lewis

At first I couldn't get any affects from the PMDG 777. Then I clicked on the 777 Immersion app. That is when it informed me there was an update, so I installed it. That is when all heck broke loose. Now it tells me that it can't add most effects; 1. 777 Immersion failed integrity check. 2. unable to add the following effects; Brake Dust, Wing Condensation, Engine Condensation, Engine Water Spout, Jet Blast on Rotation, Jet Wash, Lateral Jet Blast, Volumetric Lighting, Wing Condensation. 3. then it said 777 Immersion successfully fixed, lol 4. 777 Immersion successfully installed. wow!

Hello. I have purchased the effects program, and I am using on FSX SE. Install goes smoothly, however when using the config program only FSX is available. FSX SE (and P3D) remain grayed out. Any ideas on a fix or workaround?

I use to get engine start up smoke but now nothing and instead after #2 starts the left landing light flashes once. Yes, it is cold during start up.

Hi Keven: Have not seen this before - new install of P3D 2.5 latest patch and latest and v1.2.02 of immersion - getting this error on screenshot 1 and a bunch more screens like shot number 2 but different effects error messages just didnt post them all - not sure whats going on any ideas ? thanks ==================================================================================== Edit: I uninstalled it than did a re-install seems to be working now - but an idea of what happened might be good to know - thanks Kev
