Hello. New here So I am trying to download several files from adi518 website and I have no luck so far. AA Settings (Inspector). It comes in RAR format, I don't have RAR. I it possible to have it in different format? Installing SweetFX. Downloads. Same thing. RAR. To manage SweetFX tool - page not found. I actually have SweetFX and FlightFX but per recommendation I need to install it from those files in adi58 website. Thx for help. Windows7 professional. FSX Evga 780 superclocked ACX

My problem is that whenever SweetFX used in fullscreen and minimized a Window mode, crash happens. The FSX closes suddenly without a trace of the error. I have done several tests but I have not found the solution. This problem is discussed in many other places, and a few have managed to fix it, many others like me, do not succeed. It's good to have a support in this amazing tool. I have problems Sweetfx and NVI. I always use FSX in full screen, but every time I minimize the screen to windowed mode, the FSX crashing ends without any message. I have spent many hours and days doing tests and trying to find a clue to the problem and have come to the following conclusion: If I have the sweetfx and activated nvidia inspector, the crash occurs. I have tried various settings in removing vsync NVI and CFG file but no. I have tried many profiles of NVI, and versions 1.3 and 1.4 of Sweetfx. The 1.5.1 version does not work for me. As I have a 3 monitor setup colors, contrast en brightness look a little different on 3 monitors than when having FSX on one monitor. For my photo scenery I need to have the groundtextures more bright. Now they look like there is always an overcast. I tried several presets and while they make the image a little different with each preset I want brighter groundtextures. What settings do I need to modify to have a more "sunny' groundtextures look ?

Hi all, Today I changed version 1.3 to version 1.51. FSX loaded perfectly, but the image was a bit dark and in the distance verything looked less sharp. So I reinstalled v1.3 with the idea to make a screenshot with my custom preset for v1.3, so later on I could mofifie a preset for v1.5 just looking like that one. FSX started to load , but just before opening the GUI I got a CTD. I installed SweetFx form scratch using the package link here at the forum and FSX is now booting. For testing I removed SweetFx and its files and again when booting I am getting a CTD. Very weird as now I want to know what it is causing. All suggestions are welcome.

I have noticed I am only getting sweetfx effects while looking through the forward windscreen of the pmdg ngx, when looking through the side windows its as if sweetfx is disabled. The 777 works fine.

Hi guys; First of all, congratulations on the idea of making a support for SweetFX. I've tried to use SweetFX several times, but always end up bumping into the same problem. I fly a lot with the NGX, and I use Ezdok for the views. What happens is that when I switch from one view to another, the screen blinks. It's like the SweetFX shuts down and turns on again at each change of view. And this only happens with the NGX. In any other aircraft that I use, it will not appear. Is there a way to fix it? Hello friends, I´m newbie in this Forum. Greetings from LEAM, Spain. I´m trying to use SweetFX in FSX (FSX is configured with DX10 and using Steve's DX10 addon). Basically I download SweetFX, copy the files to FSX root directory. Then I download FlightFX and a preset for FSX. After installing FlightFX and copying preset to its folder, when I run FSX I don´t see any difference. In FlightFX I activated SPLITSCREEN, but when I press the KEY (BLOQ SCROLL) nothings happen. What is wrong? Maybe I´m missing an step but I don't know which. Thanks.

My sky looks default which is dark gray with purple streaks and purple rainbow looking clouds. It keeps me from flying at night. On youtube I see others with perfect black skies, but they won't return my comment on how to do it? Can someone help! I already have: REX 4 FTX Global Active Sky Next Thanks in advance!

Hi just wanted to give some feedback on the vertical sync, and I agree with Robert in the 'welcome posting,' that in my case also I get extreme tearing unless I use the 1/2 refreash rate, In fact the only way I can solve it is to disconnect the HDMI cable and revert to DVI and then set the 1/2 refreash rate. using dx10 along with your imported NVI settings. big improvement for me moving to dx10, although not quite getting the screen quality as seen on some of the screen shots being posted, however that may be down to my monitor. syncmaster t240hd tv/mon and my 'ability'! to tune the colours in the NVidia control panel to get the right balance. gpu gf 780i Bob

Hello, I have followed all your instructions on Simtweak.com for the Inspector and pasting the files into FSX Root. But when hitting the Scroll Lock, it appears to only make the picture sharper? No colours are changed. Do I need to use the configurator after pasting the files? Any ideas? Thanks! Karl FSX DX10 GTX770

Many thanks Adi, have installed all the files and used the NI profile you created. However I found it a bit too dark in the middle of a bright sunny day. Could you please let me know how I can achieve a more realistic brightness? Sorry I'm a total ignoramus in these matters, but willing to learn. Regards
