I am having an issue where i can not tune the radios or com on the com/nav panel. I can tune the .95 in 110.95 but I can't change the 110. what is the trick? I tried the pop up and it does the same thing, it only cycles the the last 2 digits. I tried using n and setting up the key board and thought i had it, but that just toggles the active frequency and as soon as I adjust it it starts adjusting the standby frequency (as it should) but I can never tune the leading three digit part. I have tried clicking everywher i can think of. On the seperate nav and comm panel below I can select both sides of the frequency and works intuitively with 2 different click zone…

Hi! I’ve bought some planes from Carenado a few days ago and among them are the CT210 Centurion II FSX and the CT206H Stationair HD FSX and the G1000 Extension pack for it. Whereas the CT210 works flawlessly (it’s my favorite FSX plane so far) I’m having some issues with the 206H, that is: -Sound is horrible and low, nothing like the real, when I’m inside the plane, but is fine, when viewing from outside. On the 210 I have a wonderful sound inside and out -The angle of view when looking forward the windshield (objects behind like runways) is too narrow, I mean, I should dive the plane to have a good view. There is a way to rise the seat? - I can’t find a DME display …

Carenado and fellow virtual aviators, Wow. For once in a long time (no disrespect) I've been able to enjoy a product Carenado has thrown out on the market. The plane is just gorgeous! From logic, Carenado will be pumping out the G1000 version of the T206H next. However, can we expect an Amphibian version of this aircraft? FSX is in DESPERATE need of a new amphibian and this would be a great addition...of course so would the 208 EX when it is released as well. Carenado, please consider this request (as I'm sure I don't stand alone) to put floats/wheels on the T206H and the 208 EX. Congrats on the great product! - Cameron

Hey guys, Just got the stationair a few days ago, and I've been messing around with the gns 530. However, when I try to enter the airport PASW (An airport in alaska), it autofills to PASWU, which is in the US southeast. Is there a way to stop the autofill or delete the extra letter? Thanks for any help. PS - this is in x plane, but I'm assuming the concept is the same, since there is no stationair x plane forum as far as i can see

Cessna introduced a limited edition paint scheme fot the 206H using heat repellent paint. This is it: It's been a pig to paint but here is my shot: I reckon that is one of, if not the most attractive paint jobs on any Cessna. Classy! On AVSIM

I've never flown a turbo plane IRL. However, is it normal at 39" man pressure for the t.i.t. Gauge to be well over the red line? (OAT was 31d C) If no, what are the tricks to maintaining below redline turbo temps on climb out? After 200ish feet I power back to 2400 rpm and around 1k ft I throttle back to 30" man pressure. What am I doing wrong? Or what is wrong with the model... Or is this normal and so long as you don't exceed redline for too long is it ok? Anyone who can shed some light it would be most appreciative! Thx!

I have the standard Stationair C206 not the HD. The projection of my landing/taxi lights on the ground are so dim that I am not sure they are even working correctly. Is there some way I can increase the brightness perhaps thru the aircraft cfg file or a substitute bitmap that might help me out? Thanks for your help! Airbus

So far I am loving the 206, but I have one problem, on the RXP530 in the virtual cockpit, the VNAV button was replaced with TERR... Is this supposed to happen? I submitted tickets and sent emails to both Carenado and RXP, but no contact from them, so I turn to you guys, the guys on the line (which in my opinion are better than the default customer service...shhhh  )

Hi all, I would love to get this 206 but not sure on a couple of things. 1) Can the RXP 430 be used? (VC) 2) Whats the general consensus on the FDE now? (i have been reading the 'nose high' thread) Thanks, Glenn

Hi, I just had my first flight with this plane - so far, I am quite happy with it! Only thing which I noticed to be different from the POH was the fuel flow during the climb: The recommendation is 20 Gal/h with 30 in. MP and 2400 RPM. I can only achieve around 17 in., no matter how a set the mixture lever. Did you experience the same? regards, Thomas

Below is what I submitted to Carenado and was wondering if anyone else has experienced random crashes. I am experiencing random FSX Crashes without any type of error log after installing RealityXP GNS 530 using the supplied file. Happened before and after the update. I tried installing the full version of the aircraft with the update and did a flight from Bowerman field to Felts field with default GPS and did not have any crashes. Has anybody else reported this. Thanks, Mike Cameron

I have just noticed that the 206's that have the G1000, the red cowl plugs will NOT show. The planes with the Gauges it shows great. Is there a difference in the textures? I have looked and cant find any difference. In fact I have converted 2 of the planes with gauges to the G1000 and they don't show this either. The same planes with the gauges show just fine. I thought this may be a bug. This is a really minor problem. Thanks Joe W. I posted this over at their support site and was told that it would be considered and might be in the next upgrade. I just went there and it said" Solved" I never got a solution or what caused it. Joe W

I've been less that impressed by the small mouse areas for operating the GNS knobs with a Reality XP GNS installed, so I've been looking for a way to use the Carenado 3d knobs to operate the RXP GNS. This will only work if you have a registered copy of FSUIPC installed, and if you are willing to do a bit of tedious editing... so not for the non-techie folks ^_^ I would welcome comments from anyone who can figure out an easier way to accomplish this BTW  So, here goes (you have been warned) 1. Set the panel to show the Carenado GPS (run CAR530.exe if in doubt) 2. Manually edit the panel.cfg file: //-------------------------------------------------------- [Window…

Hi Guys, Ok here is a little question for you. I'm parked up at my local strip "Compton Abbas". Check everything is OK Fuel etc etc. Start the 206 up, taxi down to end of strip. and off we go, reach the correct speed, but she just wont lift off the ground, I have to change the plane and then go back into the 206 and everything seems OK. Now I have had this on other Aircraft as well what causes this problem. To me it feels like shes to heavy .

Hi, Hope someone here can answer a small question regarding How does the front seat passnager get in/out of this aircraft? Doe's he have to climb over the pilots seat to get in/out as I notice there is no side door for him. I would think that way would be abit tricky with the yoke in front of him and the three engine levers in the middle. Or does his seat push back so he can wiggle out the rear doors? or even climb in and out of the window

Here's the story. Flying online with the nice new 206, after about an hour FSX started to slow down. I put this down to heavy cloud cover and struggled on. Eventually my PC was brought to it's knees! The next evening I tried it again. All was nice and smooth for about an hour, then the slide show started, barely noticeable at first then built up to a complete stop! I put the 206 away for a few days and flew other planes. This evening I flew the 206 again (the online flooding was fixed and I thought maybe that was the problem) All was well again(heavy clouds again)for about an hour an the dreaded slow down started again. This time I left the server and changed to a C3…

Hi Guys, Not sure if it was currect but I always thought that the Stationair logo on the tail was just a bit to steep on the way it was placed on the tail, so with a bit of touching up just re-postioned, it in my eyes seems to look better. Again if any one would like PM with you email address and I will send straight out. I like this texture so much I have put it on the default dialed version as well, along with a new interior Before After New Interior
