I've used route finder to get a general flight plan from BIAP to Andrews, but I've yet to find an easy way to create an FS2004 pln file from this to load into a CLS DC-10-30. I'd like to simulate a "big bird home" flight. Can someone help me out?

I would appreciate if anyone can provide the FPs for CX 826 and AC 16 for yesterday 17th June VHHH-CYYZ. Both flights 777ERThe CX flight I was on left about 10 mins before the AC flight and took a North Pacific route arriving 15h 08m. The CX flight arrived about 15 mins before the CX flight and I wonder if it took a polar route Thanks in anticipation!
