Voice Control Version

Hello,My first post here, so please allow me to thank you for the brilliant software you've released so far.I have a flow for the iFly 737NG (Voice Edition) and will release it tonight or tomorrow.It is similar to the Patrick Zwart ones, but I wonder if Bryan can double check it before I get the file available to avoid possible mistakes.Happy Flying!Julio Cesar

Hi everyoneWho the h... is knocking on my plane everytime I starts push back, and why? :( It sound like somone is knocking on the flightdeck door, or something like that, everytime I start the push back. I cannot se to have forgotten something. And it cannot be the groundcrew, course he is talking to me right afterwords!?!. :( Anyone got a clue? :( Ole D.

Hi,I was hoping that it has something to do with the old iFly FSX installation but after SP1 I can't still switch between Comm1 and Comm2Giving a Freq. change command to Comm1 works but another to Comm2 won't. The F/O says SET, The DSP tape is givin the correct string but nothing occurs/change in the Comm2 display.Cheers...

Hi Bryan,not a big think but when I order "select seatbelts on or off" I can´t hear the sound which I can hear when I switch it on/off myselve. Do you know why?Even when it is not realistic in the flightdeck, I like to hear it :-)Thanks,Holger

Hi Bryan,I bought it yesterday and am having a problem with starting from the ramp.I went through all procedures and patiently waited for the 30 minutes to be up. I am waiting for the ground to contact me but to no avail, so I thought I'd prompt the FO with the PF button and it all went awry. He started his prefilight again and I lost everything - flight plan as well!Is there any way to correct a wrong selection and was I waiting for pushback that wasn't going to happen with FS2Crew?I had selected 'pushback' in the cfg box.

Hey Bryan just a quick question,On the "Ok To Clean Up" is the FO supposed to respond back or just do it, min does it but does no say anyting I thought be for the update he said clean up or something? Thank you no other issues.

What is it I need to do for the "CDU Preflight" line in the "Before Start Checklist"?My first officer is getting way too sarcastic with his "Are you sure?" :(

Hi,Firstly i have the normal FS2 crew for my 737 and for the PMDG 747(voice) and works well,ive bought the FS2 crew voice for the IflyNG and encountered a few problems,these being: when i start my flight the plane is spinning like a spinning top about 2000 ft in the air,i can start the voice recognition and carry out my pre fight check list and that part works.i thought it might be Ezdok so i disabled that but the problem remained,i have done the reg fix, un-installed and reinstalled,run config as admin etc,etc but the problem remains.when the FS2 crew was un-installed i loaded the Ifly and no problems at all,re-installed and the same thing happensany help would be appre…

Hi,On a couple of my flights I have experienced a dual engine shutdown (caused by the engine start levers miraculously returning to cutoff).I usually fly on VATSIM and make a departure call about the time this happens so it may be getting trigger by something I say in my departure call (as my soft mute doesn't always work but that's another issue). Is it even possible the FO would touch the engine start levers? Normally this is a captain only domain.Anyway, thought I'd give you guys a try to see if there's something that could be causing this.Also is there a way to setup the soft mute from within the sim?Thanks

I see there is now an upgrade. How do I get this upgrade if I purchased through Flight1. There seems to be no mechanism for upgrade on the Flight1 site.

Bryan,Now that the PMDG 737 is out to the Final Beta testers, are you able to start on the FS2Crew update? Also do you have any estimate as to how long it will take to get the release out?Just curious and not trying to pin you down.Thanks,Tom

Just did a complete un-install of the iFLY and fs2crew. Upon re-installing ( Per the manual and in admin) im having a major issue.I cant get fs2crew to run. I've added to the panels via the config manager but when i click the backup attitude indicator, nothing happens. I even tried an uninstall again of fs2crew and downloaded the newest updated version Windows7fs9 updatediFLY purchased after updatenewest version of fs2crew just downloaded today.

Someone help....please!Recently installed my FSX onto a second HD used solely for FSX & addons.Voice Control seems to install fine but every time I loadup my 737 and click the attitude indicator, all I get is a fatal error and CTD.I’ve followed as many forum threads as I could find…allthe information seems to be in the gauges file, I done the registry check. Two questions:When setting up the CFG for FS2Crew I understood that if you select 'No' for gate dep/gate arr airstairs should be deployed but no stairs appear on my a/c. If it's dependant on what version of FS you're running I'm running FSX.Trying to follow the crew flows from page 44 and on in the manual when calling 'start engine 2' (and same thing for nr 1) on page 45 the N2 value doesn't raise since my FO for some reason seem to forget to turn the packs off or should I do that myself?

Bryan,I noticed that when using the voice version in FS9, toggling on the FS2Crew main panel using joystick or keyboard press ("AUTOFEATHER ARMING ON/OFF") does not work. I first opened and closed the panel by pressing the Standby Attidue Indicator. Closing the panel works if I press my programmed joystick or use the appropriate key press, but subsequently opening the panel does not work. For the button version of FS2Crew I do not have a problem, i.e. I can open and close the FS2Crew main panel by pressing the programmed button. I am using Vista Home Premium with Service pack 2.I am wondering whether this is a problem unique to my system or are other people suffering from…

Bryan,In the Button Control version, when you start the pre flight process from the config panel you hear the FO say 'Let's start setting up"This seems to be missing in the Voice version.Is this deliberate or have I a problem with my setup?Regards,John

Bryan; I just bought the FS2Crew for iFly737 Voice and Button editions at FS Pilot Shop. Unhappily, the downloads they provided are for the old pre-FSX versions of the programs. How does an FSPS customer get updates (and the FSX version)? There's no link to any iFly 737NG version updates in your Updates and Downloads page. Cheers

Bryan,I have been using the voice control for several months without problem and recently installed the button control for use when not flying online.Since installing the button control, when I load any IFLY 737 as soon as FSX starts the a/c does cartwheels and doesn't stop meaning I have to close down FSX.If I load any other a/c without FS2crw I have no problem.I have uninstalled the button and voice control programs and also uninstalled the IFly a/c.When the a/c is re-installed everything runs fine but when I install either the voice or button control again, I get the cartwheels starting again.In effect, both programs have become completely unusable.Have you any idea wh…

Bryan,I've just come across a minor bug in the Before Take-Off Checklist.When making the Stab Trim Call, if you call 'Five Point Zero Units' the voice recognition engine shows it in the green bar as 'Five Point Zero Unit', ie with the plural 's' on unit.This might seem much, but it prevents the checklist from 'clearing', ready for the take-off calls.All other values I've tried seem ok.Regards,John

Can some one help me - I have set up speech recognition and trained it and have the Fs2 Crew menu bar up - The mike works but I can't seem to get a dialogue started. What do I say to initiate the preflight checklist and where in the manual does it tell me such a thing - Very confusedI have voice on and dsp on checked. Config has my device selected.Could some kind person tell me what to select in config and main panel and then what to say just to get me started - Once I understand that I am sure I can sort out the rest.

Could someone recommend a good inexpensive headset w/mic to use with the Voice version? Maybe even a low end, medium and somewhat higher end version. Links and general prices would be great. I have several really nice headsets but none have intregal microphones. Thanks.Ray
