Join me in the beaut Cessna Caravan to replicate YouTuber Missionary Bush Pilot's most stressful landing from his 1 Jan 2021 video in Papua New Guinea. (PNG). Low clouds, short steep runway, tailwind, and a go-around, make for a challenging approach and landing. Great scenery on the way as we fly from AYGA Goroka to AIBA Aibai. Flight plan, and aerodrome chart for AIBA, included. Hard to beat PNG for heart-stopping airstrips! Hope you enjoy. Cheers.

Here's a video from my phone a couple of days ago of a BA Airbus with a busted APU being started and pushed back off stand 42 at Manchester Airport. On such occasions (half an hour or so before this video commenced) the inbound aeroplane is listed on our systems as an 'FEP Shutdown' arrival, which lets us know that the aeroplane will taxi on stand, set its parking brakes, but leave the engine(s) running until someone (on this occasion it was me) has chocked the nose and then connected the ground fixed electrical power and signalled the crew that this is available. Then they will shut the engines down, thus ensuring they have electrical power even without a functioning APU…

I see quite a bit vibration on Just Flight's PA-28R Turbo Arrow and on the default Bonanza G36 in MSFS when these are viewed externally. I'm under the impression that those are realistic. Do real planes look like there is vibration when viewed externally?

Hi Everybody, Welcome aboard.... this is a Charter Flight (flight number 1126), with nonstop service from Carlos Ibanez Del Campo Intl to Hermes Quijada Intl. We depart via Rwy 25 and arrive in Hermes Quijada Intl via Rwy 08. Still have that parking brake issue, along with doors that won't unlock on the back end. If you've seen this before I could use your advice, thanks.

Come with me in the F-A/18 Hornet fighter to see the many military airfields developed in Australia's Northern Territory "top end" for the RAAF & USAAF following the attack on Darwin in February 1942 by the same Japanese aircraft carrier fleet that attacked Pear Harbour in December 1941. Also, experience some maneuvers in the Hornet. Finally, enjoy a visit to famous Uluru/Ayers Rock smack in the middle of Australia. Hope you enjoy. Cheers. https://youtu.be/eX8dUOBJSUQ

A vid of me pushing a Lufthansa A321 off stand 69R at EGCC, followed by some world-class moaning from me and colleague Adam Davidson who was headsetting it. What we were complaining about was the fact that the in-hold cargo roller system was not working and so we had to manually push everything off it, over the immobile rubber rollers which were acting as brakes on the pallets, then push the onload back onto it over those broken rollers. I started working on this flight at about 13.50 and ended up staying back until about 17.00 to push it out. The tug is then driven to stand 4 to drop off the towbar and then to stand five to park up and you can see how bouncy the tug is f…
