Hawker Hurricane GZ-L (Peter Brothers) 32 Squadron RAF. Engine start to take off, form up, land. Home build Hawker Hurricane Instrument panel (hardboard, cut out with a normal saw) receiving data from IL2 Cliffs of Dover. Cockpit frame made from the very best plastic pipe B&Q could provide. H-Lever made out of an underarm deodorant bottle, dowel, drawer handle, and 4 micro switches.

Wanted to see how genuine you could make FS Fraps footage look. This is the A2A B17G in FSX-SE with JF phototerrain of the UK below it and ASN clouds, plus a few visual tweaks in After Effects to reduce the contrast similar to what you get with slower, less contrasty film emulsions of the period, blur things up a bit, shake the camera, simulate a bit of gate weave, motor jolt etc, so it looks like it was shot with something like maybe a hand held Bolex H16:
