I am about to purchase Fs2Crew for the PMDG 777, will I also be able to use it on other FSX aircraft?

Hi Bryan, I have recently started following the TFDi Design 717 expected to be released late this year (2016). From what I've seen to date it is quite a high end add on that will match the quality of other designers such as PMDG and Aerosoft. The aircraft is still common across the US, Europe and Australia. The designers have advised that an SDK will be produced but that FS2Crew have expressed no interest in working on the plane. I was wondering if this is due to workload with other planned addons or if its due to a perceived lack of purchaser interest in the model? If it's the latter would that likely change if take up of the product is strong? I completely und…

Anyone figure out how to better balance the volume of these two. I find vPilot volume is a 10 while FS2Crew is 4. Kind of annoying when you are trying to go through a checklist and all you hear are vatsim voices.

Hello I have purchased FS2CREW for use with FSX (PMDG 737) can I install the same software if using P3D (PMDG737 for P3D) or would I have to purchase FS2CREW for P3D

I'm sure there must be a reason, but given these are just new voice recordings adding more options to the existing ones/accents, can you tell me why these are different products (and purchases) for the different voice/button products and not a single product that could install to any/all of them..? Hello. This may seem a little contradictory to what the products are trying to simulate(you as captain interacting at each required point with your crew by pressing a button) but, I wonder if we could have the option to just press the button once when we are ready to proceed with whatever section of the checklist is next and then just have the check/response go automatically from there? This would be assuming something isn't missed or in a wrong state. Then having it stop and wait for whatever was not set in the correct state before continuing on. Basically, the same sort of approach that the default checklist system in the aerosoft airbus does. I'm not using FS2Crew …

Hi, just upgraded to P3d and will be purchasing PMDG 737 and 777 for this sim.I already have the FSX versions and the Fs2crew 737 emergency and 777.My question is do I have re-purchase(rebooted) the Fs2crew products to operate in P3d?

Hello All - It's been a while since I've posted (i've been away for quite sometime), I've recently had a motherboard failure and will be in the process of reinstalling FSX and all the addons (including PMDG 777 and FS2Crew) onto a new machine. I have no idea where my original FSX discs are (i believe there are 4 of them) and not looking forward to a treasure hunt, is it possible to purchase the FSX steam edition and use my add-ons such as FS2Crew, or do I have to purchase the "Steam" edition of FS2Crew? Hi there, when I use my FS2Crew voice edition for the AXE I very often struggle with pronouncing 'off' in the check lists and having the program detect it as 'alt'. I have 'trained' the PC recognition to properly decode my speech to text but this issue remains. Any idea what can be done about it? Very annoying to me. But the software is great and I love it. Hi everyone, saw this problem before, someone with FS9 FS2004 running program on Windows 8, but cannot fix it the same way for FSX could anyone advise for a work around. Just re-installed everything from a system with Vista and everything worked then. Have tried compatibility mode, Re-installation and all the admin rights installation, do I need then to install using the new higher admin feature? if so how? have updated all drivers and also found that there may be an incompatibility with Xonar Dg sound card and have re-installed original driver from disk supplied. Hello to you all. Its a pitty FS2CREW does not make the default 737 ready for prepar3d! I know there are a lot of other packages, but that aint the issue. I have made my own Home Cockpit with the use of Prosim737. Its all based on a default 737. I read a lot of support Bryan gave to other users to get it working (in the beginning) into P3D, but the default 737 has never been mentioned. I am willin' to pay for that support. But as I said I can not switch to e.g. PMDG 737. Hello, i see my Plane on Onlinemap. But with my Dash8 is the Flight Number and the distance to destination not available? Also in my Map the Dash has the same plane like all B777´s that flying... can you make more different Planes for the Online Map, like small planes for the Dash, middle for B737 and Airbus, also big planes for the 777?

Hi Brian, after many years using FS2Crew without any problems, I have to report a problem, which I could´nt solve by myself. Currently I use 737NGXRB (v3.0) and 777 (v3.0) and RAAS. After the FSX (SP2) is loaded correctly and I "sit" in my seat, I start FS2Crew. Initializing runs perfektly. But if I press the button "Run preflight events" the lady says: lets start the show on the road, the diplay shows "setup" - and nothing more happens. The doors are not opening, the lady does´nt a goaround - FS2Crew seems to be frozen. The same problem occours, when I use the 777. If I do a systemcheck in the NGX Reboot Manager, everything is OK. Hi everyone, I'm using FS2CREW for both the NGX and the 777 button control versions. I'm wondering if there is a way to jump to a specific state of the FO actions. For example if I load a saved flight just before approach, I have to click the arrow down until I'm at the approach checklist, which is a bit annoying. Thanks Jan

Hi guy's, I've been trying to sort out a sound issue with the pmdg aircraft and fs2crew, when there is any speech from the FO, Captain or the FA I get a really bad static and the cutting in and out of the aircraft sounds, once any of the speaking stops all pmdg sounds are nomal, so in short when there is any fs2crew speaking pmdg sounds cut in and out, no sound issue's with anything else. I've looked at the retail website, clicked on the product icons etc etc but can't find any detailed definitive description of exactly what these products do nor any comparison between the products. I'm a little taken back by the retail's website structure that seems to assume that every customer already knows the product and has already made his purchase decision.
