FS2CREW: GENERAL FORUM

I bought almost all FS2CREW products, BY FAR the most used is the Maddog version. Must have been the nice female FO 😊. Anyway, it`s no longer available in P3D. But the TFDI 717 would be a nice replacement, it has reached a quite pleasant state in the current community beta. With procedures quite similar if not identical to the MD, is there any chance for future FS2Crew support ? Mike

RAAS was working fine until I installed ORBX scenery. Several things disappeared which I have recovered, but RAAS installer says that it was successful installing in FSX-SE but it is NOT in the aircraft. I have tried both FSX and FSX-SE and side-by-side with no joy.

I would like to know the Location of the audio announcements, the briefings ect? Thanks Pete

Hey all, I've been away from flightsimming a long time (about 3 years due to various reasons). Now I'm in the progress of updating my FSX software and especially...the add-ons. I have "FS2Crew Emergency NGX!" updated, but I also see a "FS2Crew PMDG 737 NGX Edition". Is the latter also updateable? Is there a need to delete all those versions and get the 'Reboot' version? Is there a way to update it in place??

I recently got myself a new Headset and now I only have sound of FS2Crew on the right speaker. When I so the audio test it recognizes the left speaker but all the voices are always on the right speaker. Any solution for this? I got FS2Crew NGX Reboot and for the Dash and I have the same problem on both products. Thanks in advance

Hello, I have been a customer since Fs9 days and had a very good experience with FS2Crew and iFly 737. I just logged into my Fs2Crew account and wow it has been 6 years already, found out there is a Spring Sale so want to buy couple of products (PMDG 737 and 777) Now I am using FSX:SE with PMDG aircrafts and most of the time I save the flight before TOD and restart the SIM to refresh VAS in order to have a smooth approach and landing without OOM. I want to ask if Fs2Crew will load normally with the saved flight? Cheers! Hoang Le

So I have the iFLY 737 and FS2crew (FS9) Windows 7 I have a Logitec USB Headset/MicNow it worked PERFECTLY for quite some time..... the other day.... with the computer shut off.... I unplugged the USB headset to use with my PS3... when finished.. i plugged it back in.. and made NO OTHER CHANGE on or to my computer..Now it wont work... I can run the FS2crew but NO voice commands work.

hey folks! after a new install of fsx, pmdg 737ngx, pmdg 777 and majestic q400 as well as the bundle versions of fs2crew for all of them in windows 10 i am not able to enable voice recognition in fsx. the voice button stays on steadily and the green bar "voice recognition activated" is displayed on fs2crew startup. i have the latest version of fsuipc, ezca 2 and trackir5 installed. all windows 10 speech recognition settings are verified to be set as indicated in the manual (speech language is english us). in the windows audio devices settings realtek high definition loudspeakers are set as the default device for playback. my logitech usb headset h340 is selected as th…

Hi Bryon its been a long time since weve talked but i got a new computer it came with windows 10 and has a intel i5 core with 8gigs of ram i reinstalled all my programs but for some reason when i start up fs crew 2010 voice command t crashes on me never had this problem with it when i had windows 7 can you help me out with this please thanks Les.

This just landed on my desk today from my graphics department... the box art for FS2Crew: PMDG 747 Queen of the Skies II. Note the official endorsement from PMDG -they don't give that to just anyone :-) PMDG is a one of a kind company. Please support them, their new 747, and the hardcore flightsim developer industry. Without developers like PMDG, FS would have died a long time ago.

I haven't flown on an airline in years but some of my friends are telling me that there are quite a few more women captains and first officers these days. Is that anyone else's experience? If so, seems like FS2Crew should have more. Yes?

When I bought the 737, q400 and 777 you had to install for me in fsx-se via computer sharing. Will I have the same problem with the updates??. I am leary of messing up what already works!

Hi guys, Using FS2crew with the Q400, had a bit of a break from flying the Q400 so a bit rusty on the fs2crew app itself. Anyway before the break used it quite a bit very successfully and set everything up as usual and it worked a treat In true flight sim fashion I wanted to get off the ground quickly and right now 1 hour later haven't even moved! I've scoured the manual for FAQs to make sure I had all settings correct and it appears I do. Problem is the app itself is working, I can run the preflight and hear the FO do his thing but my voice just isn't recognised, so I can't call for any checklists or to connect ground power etc. I've double checked the phrase…
