United Virtual Airways will not go operational until we find a good flight logging system. We have now hired a President (of events and operations) and a webmaster. Small-time startup VA CajunAir has slated its date for launch on January 13th of this year. The VA, planning services to areas in the Southern U.S. and based in New Orleans, Louisiana, will operate a fleet of five (5) CRJ-200ER and four (4) EMB-120 airframes. In an event themed "Help Rebuild New Orleans," CajunAir will fly two CRJs from KMSY to Houston-Intercontinental under their callsign "MUDBUG" to inaugurate services on its launch date, and is inviting other pilots to Armstrong International in support of the city's recovery. We at the VDOD seek to model the US DOD and Canada Air Force. At current we have a variety of units to choose from. The VDOD was formed in Sept. of 2005 and has been operating since. Recently, the USCG branch was activated with the opening of District 17.
