A classic 747 has been in the works for a couple years now for FS9.

Just too arrogant to release all his 'creations' for others to enjoy. Its a wonder he hasn't popped on here to gloat or brag. Definitely not paying for something that freeware - HJG DC10 - does as good or better.

Nothing to do with the software used.

What was once a great site for all things flight simulation has now become a sad sad place to be. Dear oh dear. 😔

Shows how good FS9 still is that people still development add-ons for it. It's hard to beat as a sim. I can't think of any that are better.

How did you get by in the past all those years of not displaying ads all over the screen?

Its ad city here. Despite people paying to be members. Seems like management got greedy and have decided to not pay out dividends (better service) and have chosen instead to keep the cash for themselves.

I have a mixture of various textures I've sourced over the years. VOZ, Aime Lerclercq. There was a Swedish set. Lennarts I think. GePRo. TNW. Orbx FS9. And all the freeware sets available. I've changed so much as I like experimenting. Sadly I don't know what those Rock textures are as they look great. They could be TNW rock. The forest I THINK is Aime Lerclecq although it could be orbx. Back in the day I took Aime's 4096x4096 HD forest textures for FSX/P3d and converted them smaller for FS9 use. That could be them. I use Sweetfx and add some sharpness.

13 years. I wonder what the record is? I did have this one. Indeed very good and a lot of fun. Not sure if I still have it somewhere. Can't remember where it came from.
