September 10, 200223 yr As some of you know, I'm putting together a presentation to show at the AVSIM conferences this weekend. I'd like to have a few screenshots showing the "best" of Fly! (any version), and was hoping you could help me out.If you have any screenshot you feel is "jaw dropping" good and should be shown to a crowd of primarily FS2K2 fans, this is your chance! I'd love to share your screenshot with the audience. I'll pick 3-5 of the shots received for the presentation. I can't offer you anything for your trouble, just the knowledge that you made my presentation more exciting. If you have shots to share, please e-mail them (JPEG's highly preferred) to [email protected]. I need them no later than Wednesday afternoon. Thanks!Rich
September 10, 200223 yr Rich,I could try to take a few (FLY!2k + Rhein-Ruhr) shots but they won't be even half as good as what Danny H. Masson could offer. He has been voted the "Official FLY! photographer" by this forum and he probably already has hundreds of top notch pics for you to choose from. If you search this forum for his name you will find his posts. He used to have a full FLY-dedicated site full of great pics (linked to Avism) but I can't seem to find this page at the moment. Perhaps you could contact him (either through this forum or email). He lives in Japan and photography is his hobby. Great guy too.Michael J. Michael J.
September 10, 200223 yr Hi Rich,I just e-mail'ed you a bunch of my best screenshots - of Fly2 copters in action in the New York area and at Lake Tahoe, and some with the Reno Air Race scenery I made up a while ago.Hope that helps! See you at the conference!Wayne
September 10, 200223 yr L. Adamson just recently posted some very life-like screenshots of Los Angeles scenery, and AndyD had some great shots of his (on-hold) New Zealand scenery a few months ago. These, and Danny Masson's work, are the ones that I remember most vividly.
September 10, 200223 yr Where is AndyD? His web site is no more, and he has been very silent lately.I'm sure one of his screenshots would make the list.
