Boring nerd hobby?

Featured Replies

Metal detecting. A cliche for being a nerd hobby. IMDB gives "Detectorists" series a user rating of 8.6 which is very high. Was a 3 year series with 6 half hour episodes per year.

On Prime, there is a one week trial of Acorn channel that will let you see them all free.

If you’re British and over 40 then I can almost guarantee this will be one of the best things you’ll ever watch.

Highly recommended.

My daughter used to watch it. Personally, not my cup of tea. No phasers, no warp drive, and most importantly, no cats.

Very true and might be just a TV show but getting out into nature is fantastic for mental and physical health.
