  • Your secretly hauled off to an undisclosed location to never be seen again.

  • I'm on the Store version, but I have my sims installed in a custom folder, and I've never had trouble with the beta, going all the way back to the FS2020 Technical Alpha back in 2019. Yes, there

  • I am on the Store version and the beta - never had a problem.

With MSFS 2024 on Steam using the beta is a no-brainer. I always was a bit scared of MSFS beta's and never activated them. Until last week. I read somewhere that SU1 beta (might) contain fixes for the Vision Jet. So I activated the beta for the first time in my MSFS life. With Steam it's a simple matter of choosing the beta from a dropdown menu after which the latest version is installed within a minute or so. And that's it. Going back is just as easy.

Last Saturday I wanted to compare a few things (like the changed default view in the Vision Jet) and so I switched in and out of beta around 6 times within an hour: no problems AT ALL.

You just gotta love MSFS2024 and Steam.

So if I stay on the SU1 beta will I automatically start getting SU2 beta updates when those start?
