May 14, 20224 yr Would be important to know if you're in OpenGL or have opted for Vulkan in the game settings ? It can make a good difference, depending on your system specs. If possible, give "Vulkan" a try by enabling it and then restarting XP11.53. May 14, 20224 yr Author I checked my antivirus settings and i excluded XP From scanning but still no luck. And as @jcomm mentioned i did have the vulkan option turned on it did boost my performance but still no luck.

Another shot - turn hyperthreading OFF in your Mobo if you can, and then check again. I believe it was said that the latest versions of XP11 were neutral to this, but the first versions did suffer in performance from havinh HT on ( I believe it is called differently in AMD parlance ? ) Flying gliders since 1980 Flightsimming since 1992 AMD Ryzen 5600x, 32GB RAM, GPU Nvidia RTX 3060 Ti 8 GB, 1 TB and 500 GB nvme2 SSD drives, HP 27" 60Hz LED monitor @ 1920x1080, T16000, Hotas from old X52 Pro, Saitek Combat Rudder Pro (2010 model)
May 14, 20224 yr Author I tried that too it's not working. Fsx runs perfectly fine when i play it even xp used to run very well before but im not sure what happened tho. This happened to me last year i simply reinstalled my Graphics driver and everything was fixed and i reinstalling my graphic card when this happened hoping it would be fixed nothing happened.
May 14, 20224 yr Does your PC have an inboard Graphics Card ? If so could it be the case that XP11 is using the onboard GC instead of the correct card ? In what Windows version are you ? If XP10, is an upgrade to XP11 possible in your case ? In my case I gained in performance and am satisfied with Win 11.
