June 5, 20215 yr I cant even start mine. It just keeps freezing after it initially loads in. Tried contacting support, but I get no response. Spent like 12 hours troubleshooting this issue and documenting my steps over at their forum, but I guess they have me on ignore since I deliberate downvoted M.Kock's post last time I visited their pestilence forums. June 5, 20215 yr I've noticed that with the CRJ the Esc bug hasn't entirely disappeared. Hitting Esc with the engines fired up fries it.

Ive been writing to them since wednesday and havent had a single reply from them yet. Chances are that you wont be seeing this issue. Today I complained that I havent received any support yet, and instantly got 2 negative ratings. June 5, 20215 yr The Aerosoft forum is quickly becoming a "positive attitude only even when you're right and they're wrong" forum, just like ORBX's forum. You simply cannot complain and _YOU_ are always the source of the problem, unless 100 people complain about the same. They do have some fine products which work acceptably well (most of them really) but this CRJ isn't one of them. It wasn't back in P3D and i guess it never will. I stopped participating in the forum as it didn't give me anything, just annoyances.
