Sorry, but enough of the guessing games!  Provide either links or file names of the downloads.  Descriptions are not enough!

Nope!  File name is os76ab.zip 

Sorry, it should read FS2004/Effects FOLDER.  The lights are not bright.  Test at dusk or night to be able to see them.
