RLABORIE - CARGO 400M V2 FSX P3D

Featured Replies

Hi,

This is my first posting to the Forum.

Does anyone know if this works with Steam

I'm having trouble finding out from Simmarket ( referred on to RLABORIE) for confirmation

and RLABORIE have not responded to my email yet.

So thought I'd ask the experts .

My concern would be the installer that is used.  Would it recognize the path for FSX-SE??  Would it allow you to install to a folder you create and then could place the files in the appropriate folders??

GOOD NEWS....RLABORIE   has replied and confirmed that it will run in Steam. Thanks to Roland for getting back to me.

Will  give it a go and see what happens.

I had that  install problem with the Wilco A400M  never succeeded although it did work in FSX ( complete with horrible co pilot. !)

Thanks a lot for your help , will post an update  in due course.

It will work fine. I have it installed. It is a nice a/c. It recognizes the path to FSXSE no problem.

Make sure you get the patch for the VC.

And don't forget, it is a 2gb file so look out for Out of memory errors.

But if you are careful and know how to manage OOMs you'll have a lot of fun flying it.

Cheers,

Pierre

Thank you Pierre, I'm about to give it a go .

Didn't even know this product existed - it looks like it slipped in under the radar sometime ago!

I bought the Wilco version a few years ago but it has long been consigned to my hangar as I wasn't impressed by it. It would be helpful if you could give us some feedback on this version once you have had a chance to put it through its paces.
