Hi

   having major issues trying to get JS4100 working, i have a few working stuff but no screens and levers etc. this is a known issue with PMDG.  my request is i need to re activate the product as PMDG gave me a new activation key...i have uninstalled a few times leaving no background items but after re installing it doesn't ask for activation ( no window comes up)... there is a registry entry that i can modify or delete to make the key need re activating but cannot remember how to do it.    does anyone know the method of deleting the key within the registry?
