( I have Run out of installs tring to make the plugin work) is there a number that you guys can be contacted at. Or can i get a refund. i know i am not the only one having these issues as to all the threads that are there about the same issue i am having. July 20, 20196 yr Hi Mike, When this happens it is most likely the RealityXP.GTN.ini rendering section for the 3D panel which has been reset, more specifically the frame.rect= entry. You can resolve this in copying back the original RealityXP.GTN.ini file included in the aircraft installation files.

Please give me exact step by step instruction that tell me where to copy these from and to where.
