I've seen a few images of P3Dv3 users who have their avatar character wearing a Hi-Visibility yellow vest, but after some Google searching (and AVSIM library) cannot find any downloads for this.

 

Anyone know if and where you can get yer' fella a vest?

In the plane selection window, there's a dropdown at the top where you can change between the civilian clothes and the hi-vis jacket.
