FS2CREW: PMDG 747 (Legacy Voice Control)

Hi I am happy with fscrew . I only would like to know if there will be any additional function to fo like in jst 4100 I like the bug heading and changing alt. And other commands . I know that 747 and small jst require different checlist but would be nice if there is fo more talking . Cheers petr

I recently loaded FS2Crew PMDG 737NG "Voice Commander" and was unable to activate the (Voice Button). The buttons on the main panel all work except the voice button. I cannot get an (On) indication. I can hear the Fueler and the FA also the FO after taking a short flight. The configuration panel is working and also indicating the headset that I'm using. I ran the voice test earlier and that's working also. If anyone can help I would gratefully appreciate it. Thanks!

Hi first of all I would like to say what a great product. I do have a sometimes issues but I have used it for 3 time so still getting use to it and trying to brush up all steps.However sometimes I do say something which generates flaps command and it’s not nice when you passed TA all clean and fO goes Flaps 10. So would it be possible instead off mute FO to give him name like JIM as it has nothing to do with ATC like MIKE or SIERRA ETC. I wouldn't mind to say extra word and would be even nice then just saying commands. And if you don't directly call his name before command he wouldn't do anything. Hi all.I have some questions for general users and FS2Crew.I'm planning on purchasing FS2Crew because it looks pretty cool and I've already seen some apps for voice control. However, I'm from Brazil and although I speak english fluently I've had issues with Its Your Plane Addon and since I haven't seen any trial version for FS2Crew I wanted to double check some things. Questions are as folows:1. If I can't adapt to FS2Crew, will I be able to obtain refund?2. I really like PMDG 747X normal procedures checklist. Is FS2Crew accurate in relation to those checklists? Hi I have reinstall fsx the fscrew voice pmdg 747 everything works fine but when Fo goes standard trans set he opens the main door . I have check all keys in fsx and pmdg keyboard setting but find nothing what could triger this command . Then I have to manually close the door with command use by fscrew keyboard command . Anybody had similar issue only when STD when climbing not on descent . Cheers petr

Hi I have noticed that CRT display showing n1 , vibration is actualy after fs crew voice showing first vibration then n1 is there any fixed or can any one post panel cfg I can compare it . Also a have noticed when rev thrust apply it is very low only about 50 % is it correct ? Cheers petr

I am trying to figure out how to save the flight where I am at, and still keep the fuel and FMC the same it was when I save the flight. I saved a flight from Honolulu to San Francisco and when I saved it the plane was at the altitude left at, but the FMC was completely erased. How do I do this properly. It was a 5 hour flight, so I was frustrated to be 128 NM from my approach and not have the information anymore.

When I do the load configuration and then I change COMM 2 to 130.65 and "requesting zero fuel weight" The numbers are way different. The configuration was set to 235, 000 lbs and the voice with the fuel sheet said 292,000. Is this suppose to happen?

Hi! I just encountered a problem, about 14+ mins of the preflight I asked the FO "are you ready for the departure brief" and: Nothing. He didn't respond. I was kind of late with the question, maybe 13+ or close to 12+ because immediately after he said he was ready for the preflight checklist. Can this have caused the problem? I haven't had this particular problem before although once when I wanted to perform the before takeoff checklist i had to cycle to the RW entry procedure and back to get him to respond. Stupidly enough, when I read about the FS2Crew Voice Commander, I immediately pushed the purchase button for the PMDG B747 version. I already owned some previous version of FS2Crew, so I did not doubt this one would be another good one.However, later on I read that if you have a non-english OS, you need to install Vistalizator to change the OS language. But, here starts my issue. I would like to keep my Windows 7 in Dutch, that is why I bought it. In the manual of Vistalizator is does not become clear to me whether it can also only install the english speech recognisition and leave my dutch OS as it was.Anybody have experience with this?Thanks in advance

Hi,First things first; thanks for a superb add-on, really explodes the immersion level for my PMDG 747.Stumbled to a weird situation. Everything went smoothly all the way until the descent phase, when somewhere during cruise phase my FO suddenly became mute, and didn't recover during the rest of the flight. Direct commands seemed to go through like flaps etc, but no voice coming out from him anymore.Okay, story continues; after landing when exiting the flight to FSX main menu, suddenly the FO springs to life and all the comments that were supposed to happen during the flight, came out as a burst one after another. Picked up the PMDG 747X voice version after falling in love with the JS41 and LVL-D voice versions. Have a question that I can't seem to locate in the manual or on the forums...Does the 747 voice version have a key equivalent to toggle Hard Mute? The JS41 and LVL-D versions allow you to use "Alternate Static Source" as a key binding to toggle hard mute. Has this been left out of the 747 voice commander version?Thanks!

Hi,I recently re-installed FSX from scratch as I wanted to change over to flying the B747-400 with FS2crew voice control.Re-installed everything including SB4, FS2crew voice & AES on Windows 7 64 bit professional.Everything sort of works but I now have a problem.Sometimes when FS2crew is selecting switches or buttons, it keeps opening up SB4 with some of the buttons keypresses going to SB4. As a result the second officer doesn't start engines in automatic, to name a few problems.More problematic is the fact I cannot get my microphone to work on-line using SB4. The mic is calibrated and works fine with FS2Crew but I cannot use it to speak with ATC online. I can still h…

Most times when I use the 'no' option for the doors (because of AES), the cargo doors still open, but they remain open after T +1, and I cannot shut them, or sometimes when I select the 'yes' option, the L1 door does not open (ground power is connected before I start fs2crew), but it finally opens at T +1, and I can't close it. Both scenarios always force me to restart because the feeling of flying with doors open kills the immersion for me. Does anyone have this experience, and any possible solutions?Thanks a lot.

Hi there. Am loving this software very much. Just watched the demo video and it seems that I do not need to use the keyboard and / or mouse as it seems I can speak all of the instructions to my co-pilot and he takes care of everything. Is this indeed the case?If so I am in. Thanks,

Hi Bryan,I just wanted to let you know, that in the cargo version the FO it is not turning off the AFT Cargo Heat on his Shutdown Flow, but instead tourning the switch just above the AFT Cargo Heat. Not a big deal... just let you know in case that you miss it.Regards,
