Aviation and Flight Sim Video Forum

Have a real world or simulator video that you would like to show to the community?  Here is the place you can do so.  Please, no links to monetized content on other sites e.g. YouTube, Rumble, etc.  "Monetized" means you or someone else is being paid for views and/or the video solicits people to subscribe to a channel where the content provider(s) is/are being paid for views.  See the pinned topic at top of forum for additional guidance.  Videos must be embedded in your topic.  We want to be able to just click the start video arrow.

  5. Shalom and greetings all my pals, Here is the photo of the plane flying NON STOP for 64 days, 22 hours, 19 minutes, and 5 seconds. That is how long the Cessna 172 flew without landing from December 1958 to February 1959. The two pilots refueled from a truck and slept in shifts on a single mattress. Do any of you want to break this record in real life or on FSX? Regards, Aharon

Still currently in beta, but quite complete and fun to mess around with, and also on sale for a bargain price right now, Disaster Studio's Plane Mechanic Simulator let's you work on the DH Tiger Moth, the Supermarine Spitfire and the DH Mosquito. Here's my video review and overview of it, plus a bit of a tune thrown in for good measure:

  17. New episode of Chock's Hangar on youtube, taking a look at the Aeroplane Heinkel He111P for FSX and P3D. In this case, we're looking at it in the latest version of P3D (V4.5) too:

  18. Cinematic approach and landing onto a sloped runway in a Saab 340 A. X-Plane 11. All cabin sounds and ATC transmissions credited to PassengerFX.

  19. In my quest for ‘As real as it can be!’ this video is the closest I have come so far I believe. (Of course there will be those who will say ‘Switch to P3D’ and I would if I could but that will have to wait for my next big lottery win!) Here we have the A2A Comanche, of course, with ORBX Northern Rockies scenery, live weather from Active Sky, the local live textures from REX, the great trees from Turbulent Designs and now the ATC from Radar Contact. Of course this also highlights how much I still have to learn so watch for all my mistakes in the flight (I have tried to hide only simulator technical errors and extremely boring stuff – like long wandering taxiing in the…

    Started by Guest John_Cillis,

I may get a PPC now that I am light enough not to need a trike or quad, just can run and take off. I have seen them fly, I have a great PPC in Xplane11 that flies like the real thing and can climb to the altitude that this guy climbs to in real life, in his video..... John
