  1. Enroute to Bali on my MD11, weather is correctly depicted since take-off from Singapore.
  2. In 2020 yes, in 2024 I have yet to see it working correctly, but the ship routes are managed by AIG TC as well. This is an agreement between AIG and GAIST.
  3. As indicated above more than 3000 flights, that is much more than any other AI traffic software, so in some areas at certain times it can indeed get very busy!
  4. It is surprising to see how little support AIG gets in this thread at a time FSTL lost its FR24 partnership, it would sound like the logical real free alternative offering choices that no other free AI traffic software can match. It is true that AIG was - at first when released - lengthy and cumbersome to download and install, but the team has made great improvements in the past two years. Whilst it is still not 100% perfect, we should remember that, like FBW, it is manned by volunteers dedicating their time to make this the best AI traffic solution there is. Among the benefits: Over 300 simobjects Close to 3000 flightplans (if you install all of them - but you don't have to) Ground service equipment at every airport (35% max so as to avoid loading too much your sim) GA traffic Integration of GAIST traffic Flights are on time with real world schedules, regardless of the hour you start flying, in other word, if you start a morning flight (real world) in the evening (your free time), you will see real traffic in the morning Flightplans are updated regularly and are super easy to automatically update, but you don't need to if you don't want... As mentioned above, you don't have to download and install everything if you don't want to, but frankly, once the initial job is done, the results are so convincing that you will never look back.
  5. That sounds very much like a control binding problem, did you check them to ensure you have no conflict between your mouse and yoke controls? There are a number of videos to help you for that like this one:
  6. Not to worry Rob, it's work in progress, they will surely react to your comment and correct that😹
  7. I would vote without any hesitation for the Jetstream Design product for its high fidelity reproduction. I own a few AmSim sceneries and they do not match in details and rendition what Jetstream makes, don't forget they are associated to Flightbeam, both of them probably the best airport designers on the market presently.
  8. Do you mean you can't load your flight plan in MSFS 2020 or in the TDS GTN? If you have saved your Simbrief flight plan in MSFS 2020 using the Simbrief downloader (easiest way), here is a video to help you: If your problem is to find your Simbrief flight plan in the TDS GTN, here is another video:
  9. That is one characteristic of the MD11, if you taxi too fast, you will have a hard time with the steering of your nose wheel. There are a couple of videos showing this. I guess after you landed you did not decelerate enough to use your steering (max 10/12 knots) and your plane continued to move forward with your nose wheel perpendicular to the runway... Have your front wheels pneumatics checked, they might have to be changed!
  10. Not sure if this is my lack of comprehension of your wording "added through AL" but did you activate all your sceneries with AL before running Dave's App? If not, this would explain why they were not detected.
  11. Usually my own question is "which aircraft will teach me something different", that obviously eliminate a number of Boeing and Airbus, and I often end-up with the GA option, so Starship is my answer, you will certainly learn something from that plane! If you want to stick to tubes, then the TFDi MD11 is your answer unless you prefer real old school, wait for the A300 from JustFlight, you won't be disappointed.
  12. Multi Crew Experience gets rarely mentioned even though it covers all what you mentioned and way beyond! Co-pilot can work the flows as you wish, execute specific commands and handle ATC, you can interact with ATC, cabin and ground crews, all this through voice recognition. There is a free trial version available and most complex add-ons are covered. I have been flying with it since release. They have a very helpful support on AVSIM and are open for suggestion.
  13. I was quite anxious to - at long last - tick that box in the Hardware section I use with my sim: Seatbelt May I also suggest to include next year oxygen mask?
  14. This is the best advice @RobJC, never try to count the seconds if you have not previously used the EFB, visually you need to see (1) the oil (in brown) having gone around the whole engine circuit, (2) the fuel (in blue) to reach the top portion of the spark plugs (but not beyond), then having followed @tttocs recommendations above, you should not have a problem.
  15. Yes I did, and I was lost since I have been flying that plane since its very first version 20 years ago with no such issue!!! This was simply a conflict of control in my engine settings. Check all your engine control settings and make sure you don't have one engine control left from another plane that creates that problem.
  16. I had that problem yesterday evening, GSX vanished from my MSFS on screen menu. It turned out that GSX after an update was not linked anymore to MSFS. So I would recommend checking in the GSX app. if it is still linked to your MSFS.
  17. As per title, I had to relocate my AIG OCI folder on another drive, however I am not able to setup AIM to the new path, it closes down after I click on the "Remove" button to swap the OCI path. Naturally I made a post on the AIG forum and even sent my files, but Kaiii and his colleagues must be terribly busy. So I try my luck here in the hope that someone has gone through that successfully and can help. Thanks.
  18. @Christopher Low That might help, good luck! Latest Game Releases | New Titles at Low Prices | Loaded
  19. Beside the issue of the raised gear on landing, there are still too many AIG traffic comptroller crashes, sometimes four or five times in one flight, and I really feel sorry for the AIG team for they get absolutely neither sympathy nor support from Asobo for what they are doing, this has been an issue apparently related to Simconnect from day one and still goes on.
  20. It's all in the title, for those who thought this would never happen, think again and hurry up it's on sale for one more day only! https://secure.simmarket.com/leonardo-software-house-srl-fly-the-maddog-x-msfs-(fr_16546).phtml That's still one of the very best airliner add-on for MSFS for simmers who - like me - love old airplanes and don't fly computers.😄
  21. Noel, you made your point on numerous times already and many of us have difficulties believing that you don't realise what you are asking for, or perhaps you are, but do not want to admit it and back down gracefully... Ask Fenix, PMDG and other airplane developers to offer updates to their planes with all existing liveries available on Flightsim-to, simply because you don't want to waste your precious time doing it by yourself and see what their responses will be! GSX profiles come in many flavors from different creators for the same airport: which one should be part of the update? They can eventually cover stock airports, or different developers versions (you may have three developers for one airport and it is not guaranteed that one profile may work well for the three versions), which airport would you like to have, all of them or only those you are using? For a trial type LSGG on the Flightsim-to GSX profiles, you will get 6 profiles. Then Umberto would have to vet them one by one to ensure that he won't get complaints about something he appears to endorse... This is so unreasonable and unrealistic, open this link: https://flightsim.to/others/gsx-pro/ and select what you need for your flight (two downloads of 1 second each and another one minute to paste them into the Virtuali > MSFS > GSX, how much faster does it need to be? If you use Flightsim.to smartly, you can even be made aware of updates of your downloaded profiles automatically. If you have IniBuilds airport sceneries, you may have noticed that they have a GSX profile file that can be downloaded on the product page and easily installed. Not all airport developers do it of course, but if there is a solution to your request, this is it, scenery developers could provide a GSX profile with their product.
