IT WORKS! ERROR 1402 SOLVED FSX SP1! :wink: Hello community, i finally installed sp1 into my fsx, i spent almost 1 week, trying to solve the problem, 1 week thinking in the night what was the problem, 1 week without flying, If you are reading this is because you have the same error in the key, but don't worry in this post i will show you how. I know how it feels, that feeling, a lot of people said in the forums that it was a HERE IS THE SOLUTION! I did it, but the key that doesnt work when i try to unblock it it says access denied. :( Any Help Jim?

Tweak the Config Files, 2.- Update the drivers i have a good software called SlimDrivers, it's awesome, or the last option re-build the p3d shader cache. here is a quick view to the delate shader cache, it can solve issues and boost performance. http://www.flightsim.com/vbfs/showthread.php?283238-Just-What-Is-quot-Deleting-Shaders-quot Cheers from Monterrey. ERROR 1402 Hello Guys! Again :C i installed FSX, i tried to install it in Program Files x86 but the installer installed it in C:\FSX folder, well i ran fsx and it runs Fine, but at the hour of install SP1 it says that it couldn't open a key and the install closes down. I am DISAPPOINTED! I dont know what to do!

And yes, i think fsx is not installed at all, even it runs fine but the add-on content i mean Service Packs can't be installed at all. Yeah i know hehe, but when i try to install fsx sp1 in the set up... It says that the content that i want to use is in a cd-rom and the path is the CD-1, i don't remember that you should use a disk for the service pack :/ and when i ran fsx, it didn't ask me the product key so that's kinda weird, because in the past re-installations it used to ask me the key :/ Regards and Cheers from the north of Mexico Btw, how can i post a new thread? Reduce a bit the Autogen!!!!! OOM are the hell! Throw the TEXTUREMAXLOAD back a bit, set it to 2048 that will reduce the memory-load to the g.c (graphic card) even in p3d.cfg add HIGHMEMFIX=1 this will use all your graphic card memory and use the RAM. Even try to get ORBX trees those reduce the memory load and improve frame rates. Any questions ASK me dude! I'm for help i know the nightmare of FSX and P3D

I think both are completely Good. FTX GLOBAL is completely amazing, a lot o people says that is a photorealistic textures of all the globe! hehe i laught when i heard that, ftx global is a texture ground replacement for the sim. UTX improves the Railways, Freeways... etccc.. Ground information and improved landclass. Kinda as FTX Global Vector is.Just vector adds improved coast-lines that makes the coast zones more realistic and better I would prefer FTX because the price and because with REX4 and AS it makes the sim 1000% Bette, BTW it seems that UTX produces OOM :C

I have this same issue. any help is accepted, i just installed my fsx from iso files, when i opened fsx again, it didn't asked me for a key... weird i have a key. i dont know why. After this fsx runs normally with the same scenery.cfg index i mean with the same unchecked and checked boxes, now trying to install sp1 for the performance it just appears that i should put the disk and then it just says that windows is configuring microsoft flight simulator... and 9 minutes left. After aprox. 10 mins it appears. SP1 did not install succsesfully I HAVE NO CLUE WHY! :mad: By the way, i didn't install fsx in the default root folder, (Program Files x86..) Blah Blah.... I installed them in the HDD C:\FSX PLEASE HELP! I NEED HELP GUYS! Should i make a fsx original clean install from my disk and remove the iso files, i saw that iso are faster that's why is the first time that i use them. So i think that's the problem.... I wanna help please : :blush:

Hey! Man , cheers from Monterrey Mexico, well this value can change, depending 1- Your resources, as i see you have an ssd , that's pretty fast, and the graphic card. Which i recommend use the HD value TEXTUREMAXLOAD=2048, try it... If it doesn´t works use =1024 . Peace! :wink: :smile:

I found a possible solution to this issue, anything to help the community with possible issues as this. Check if you don't have 2 slq servers ''Like Express 2012'' and ''sql 2014'' remove one and reboot the pc. 2nd Possible Solution. :wink: Install uiautomationcore.dll in the rex4 root folder, in syswow64 if you have a 64 bits sistem. 3rd Try to repair the framework/sql server if you have only 1 sql version.
