Hello,
So I run online software to choose a valid commercial flight to fly, in this particular case LFTH to LFPO. I set up my simbrief flight plan and all my third party software, choose a livery, print out fuel calculations, etc. Then I start MSFS2020 and all of a sudden the airport (LFTH) is not recognized, even though it is visible within the MSFS map. Built in 1966 it's bizarre it is excluded although probably it is because of an adjacent naval base. Also it happens from time to time that newer airports (most often in China) are also not recognized in MSFS2020.
So the main question: is there a tool available or way to tell what airports are recognized within MSFS2020 _before_ I start setting up the flight and all my third party software? It is highly annoying to prepare the flight and go through all the trouble only to discover at the last step that MSFS2020 has no idea what airport I am flying from or going to. Usually the same airports are active and visible in Skyvector, Simbrief, etc. and have scheduled commercial flights, so there is no way to know from those tools that MSFS2020 would exclude them.
